Can someone please explain something to me. I have 2 purchases in my paypal for new noise. They are both 18 dollars and they were taken out of my account in Feb of 2016 and 2017. The first round was 8 copies and they were slow getting to me. I stopped getting copies after the Trapped under Ice issue and reached out to Lisa who said that was the last of my subscription. Was the 18 in 2017 only for 4 copies or am I missing something? She copied a dude on the email but I haven't heard back from them in over a month. Just sent another follow up email seeing if they can explain the charges.
