  1. I think that's pretty much the only to way to do it. Once it's in your cart, you are given a little bit of time to checkout. I managed to get a copy Astronaut, but if you look back at earlier posts in this thread, some were not able to get a copy of either, even after a few tries. You have to be very quick.
  2. Maritime - Heresy w/ 7" The Promise Ring - Wood/Water
  3. I had both in my cart but decided to let Electra go. Shipping to Canada for both LPs was $37, which brought the total to $107. Hopefully I don't regret it too much. For those who missed out on Astronaut, don't worry, he should have quite a few more if his earlier estimates were correct.
  4. From the You'd Prefer An Astronaut listing on website's store: Sorry, but black vinyl only. I know the green ones are cool but only have a few and am keeping those at this point.
  5. Agreed. I would have felt really shitty if this was the only opportunity, since I missed out on Electra by what must have been only seconds. Plus, can't really blame him that quantities are so limited.
  6. Awesome, thanks. Hopefully they provide a combined shipping price for international buyers. $25 for one LP to Canada is too much, unless they are shipping priority.
  7. Thanks. Did you happen to see what the shipping was before you added both albums to cart? And since people are discussing how they discovered Hum; Chino listed "You'd Prefer An Astronaut" as one of his favourite albums in an interview. Since everything else on his list was great, I figured I'd Hum a shot. Here it is if anyone is interested. http://thequietus.com/articles/05329-deftones-chino-interview-favourite-records?page=7
  8. Did anybody get a copy of both? If so, did the store combine shipping? Shipping to Canada for just one LP was $25...
  9. Very nice Bronchitis. My original pressing of Hex is one of the prized pieces of my collection. Hood are pretty good, too.
  10. Recently spent $70 plus shipping for an original BWR pressing of Clarity by Jimmy Eat World. It hurt, but I've wanted it for years now. Before that, it was $65 shipped for a mint copy of Soup by Blind Melon complete with menu insert. That was a great deal.
  11. I just heard about Dead Format the other day after I joined here. Didn't realize they have pressing info. Discogs was always my go to source for pressing info.
  12. Sorry, I realize my post was unclear. I should have asked if there was ever a repress of this album before the recent 2 LP, and if so, how to distinguish between them (original and repress). I quoted the other posters since I was assuming that "last press" meant there have been multiple pressings of this album, not counting the latest 2LP.
