So I guess living in canada is way too far for them to ship the holiday bundle to me. Ordered over a 5 weeks ago and still it says unfulfilled. I just want these damn records. Finally got a refund from my cancelled boxset order after 3 weeks of private messaging brad, talking to paypal, amex, emails to two "customer service" addresses and their manager. Worst service ever. Good luck to anyome with order problems....

man their customer service sucks. I have been calling, emailing EVEN talking to Brad through private message on twitter to try to get a refund for my box set, they say they have cancelled the transactions, but still havent got a refund of the $250 they have taken from me. Also, a side note which I thought was interesting, Brad said "we check both email addresses each day" I found it funny the way he wrote that to me, it was like the band themselves are working customer service for their store. if thats the case, #jenkins really is to blame for their shitty service.

Thanks, I called amex and had them open a claim against the payment. I got a answering machine at 3EB phone number just now so I left a message to give a refund, hopefully they just refund it instead of having to wait 4-6 weeks for amex to get the money back

I got a email that they cancelled my box set order, but never got a refund on my amex. man #jenkins is just stealing my money! I called twice and emailed twice already about it..... nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE just hope my holiday bundle comes in good shape with the right size tshirt, but I doubt it.

trust me, you wont be hearing back from them. I've emailed them multiple times, called their "offices"...never heard back or got a answer

he is probably sending them to himself and then he will stockpile them and sell them on his own site for $200 each.... like he did last time lol

Ok, I'm looking to buy around 25 vinyl mailers, the only decent price I can find is uline that can be picked up in brampton but they have a minimum order of 100. does anyone know where to get cheaper ones, around $1 each in toronto? also if anyone has a bunch that they are looking to get rid of please PM me asap, I guess I can always flip them inside out. Well, I tried to get a paypal charge back but apparently they cancelled the claim with out notifying me, no idea why. Anyway, I have emailed 3EB and even called them with no luck. well I guess bitching a bit on twitter actually gets you somewhere, I tweeted the band and 3EB about the crappy service and how I just wanted to cancel my order (as I bought the holiday bundle instead) NOT 5 minutes later I got a email from them saying that my order has been cancelled at my request. Hopefully I get my money back and my holiday bundle comes without a hitch.

I've met the entire bans twice in the past year and they are all super nice, even #jenkins. He signed 14 things for me the first time and got talk with him for a while about the new album and stuff, also got a sweet photo with him, this was at the airport with nobody around. next time I saw them he was super nice again and wanted to know how my drive down to the show was, cause he remembered me from toronto and this was in pittsburgh. he also was really interested in how I knew that he was going to be at the airport, again he signed loads of stuff for my sister and myself and we both got nice photos with him and the rest of the band. From my encounters he is super nice, not weird at all, just a normal guy. damn, sorry guys, I quoted the wrong post above

I just got my paypal transaction upgraded to a claim for the boxset. Ordered the holiday bundle cause i thought the shirt looks nice. Also I couldnt justify the $110 difference in price just to get the red ep and a signed placeholder, already got ursa major twice. They said they have 10 days to respond to the claim. Just want my money back.

very good question. they dont come to canada very often, so Id rather buy one off of somebody then wait for the show that they are never going to have here... the last two times I saw them was about 6 months ago at a casino where I had to drive 3 hours to see them. then about 2 months ago in pittsburgh at pnc park, where I had to drive 5 hours. no merch at both shows although I met the band both times and got lots of stuff signed lol. just wanted a setlist, thought it would be a cool piece and not a great hit to the wallet.
