Took a bit, and didn't get the final page to load when putting in payment information (still says 'Please Wait.) But I got the confirmation email for my order, good enough for me.

I will say that the third song, with the female singing is a bit annoying and harsh to listen to personally. The rapping song was pretty awful too, as well as the G.O.O.D.L.U.C.K. song. I kind of dislike how the first and second song are the same song, except one is longer and has drums. I wish it was more in the style of the first two songs they previewed. Kind of thinking of canceling my PO as well, just not sure how often I'll listen to this.

I listend to the 2 minute teaser on the website. First time I can say I'm underwhelmed by new City and Colour. I'll hold out for the full song, as well as more releases though.

Crazy to think this album is almost 7 years old, and I was just a freshman in College. Good times and good memories from it all though. I kind of hope they give it a gatefold treatment too, the artwork for this album always reminded of a Star Wars-esque cover (but not quite as serious/corny as the AVA covers..)

It was apparently 'canceled,' but I'm willing to bet this was the pressing meant for it.

I checked hasitleaked.com and can't find it on /mu/ and the file on getleaks.org isn't up anymore. Just want to check out the rest of the album before it ships, since this is a $30 album.

I got the 180G Black because it's the most emo.

I'm an idiot! But awesome, went ahead and did it. I personally hope this is a fully instrumental record. The single that came out is really solid, and no offense to the guys, but I'm not a big fan of the vocals.

Was there a 20% off coupon for this pre-order? Or is there any coupon to pre-order this through top shelf?

Tried to order the clear one, and it said "inventory issue: out of stock" when checking out with paypal. Went back again, and retried and it all looked good. Hope it goes through..

Got mine and it's straight as an arrow, no warping. Box was a little beat up. No email either regarding the initial shipping. Slightly bummed the vinyl version does not have A#1 Roller Rager, as opposed to the CD promo that came with it. That was my favorite, go-happy song, off of Carver City.

Awesome. I've been watching the video and listening to the song on repeat this morning.

Edit: Went with the Amazon pre-order instead. Saved $10 on the shipping. Limited Variant isn't that big of a deal to me, and 9/10 times when I have pre-ordered through Amazon, I usually end up getting the custom variant anyways.

 

I came in here and saw the mention of "Jet Grind Radio/Jet Set Radio (Future)" and I got super excited thinking there was an official mention of it getting pressed. Regardless, I would definitely enjoy that on wax. Sweet, soul, brotha.

Also, after playing Halo 3: ODST this week, I'd really enjoy that OST to be pressed on vinyl, just like Combat Evolved, and 2. This soundtrack is the best in the series in my opinion, I really dig the whole nighttime, dark, jazz feel to it. The sax work is really good. Reminds me a lot of "Goodnight Julia" or the whole Jupiter Jazz episode style of Music from Cowboy Bebop. Speaking of which, not video game related, but the first Cowboy Bebop OST really needs a press. That soundtrack is insanely good. Maybe my all time favorite from an Anime. That or the Pillows from FLCL.

Pre-ordered that Kung Fury soundtrack so fast. It's like the new Drive Soundtrack.

it definitely feels a little different listening to it after reading about the very literal meaning behind the album. The prince influence is definitely there too.

I tried replying to the [email protected] that with the paypal address, because I needed to change the shipping address, but I never got a reply.. I also asked about the status of the record, since I haven't heard any update since the initial pre-order.

I wish they sold the "Diarrhea is the New Fuck" that was exclusive to SXSW like a year ago.

Does anyone's Urban Outfitters have the Notorious B.I.G. - Ready to Die record? It was always there, but I always passed up on it, and I think it was priced around $25-30. I was gonna pick it up on Amazon, but they only have it for outrageous prices. I don't see it on the UO site either. If anyone comes across this record, would you mind doing me the huge favor of picking it up? I'll cover for the shipping.. I'll even send you a mailer to send it back in. Thanks guys.
