mine showed up signed and in shrink.  i was first afraid that they signed the shrink until i unwrapped it and the signatures stayed.

How much do you think it costs to manufacture something like this?

i usually slip a bic pen into the hole and spin it around to bore the hole a little larger without hurting the vinyl.

there might be a better way to do this.
