  1. Now Hear This!. It's small record store in Huntington, WV that I work at. There's also Sullivan's Records in Charleston, WV, owned by a friend and former employee of Now Hear This!. Also, there is a record store/head shop called Budget Tape and Records in Charleston. In Beckley and Princeton, WV there is a store called Cheap Thrills Records, which is awesome.
  2. I just ordered, Touche Amore- Is Survived By- Black deluxe Modern Life Is War- Fever Hunting- Olive Green Ghost Thrower- 10 Songs- Clear w/ Smoke
  3. I collect vinyl for many of the same reasons you've mentioned. I've always been a die hard for the physical copies of an album, because the artwork is a part of an album, so having something that you can do more to than a cd is very appealing. The biggest reason I collect vinyl though, is to collect reminders of my life, each record has a small story, whether it's one of my favorite records of all time, or I just got it at a show, or I just found it on a good day. My collection is a part of me.
  4. I believe that there will only be 120 total, and probably no regular variant for a very long time. Glassjaw seems to like to do this kind of thing.
  5. Just pre-ordered From Autumn To Ashes - The Fiction We Live. I'm so excited!
  6. What's your favorite record? My favorite record is the Stagger Lee 7" by Modern Life Is War, it was my first record and will always be very special to me.
  7. http://www.sleevecityusa.com/diskeeper-1-5-round-bottom-lp-sleeves-pack-of-50-p/312ncir.htm Keep your record in this inner sleeve to keep the PVC from outgassing on the the record. I use one on my Worship & Tribute, and it works great. It can be a little annoying getting it to fit though.
  8. Dear VC Community, I'm very new to collecting vinyl, and so I've missed out on some of my favorite records of all time. I'm slowly tracking down my favorite records, and Lowcountry is on the top of the list. If you could help me out, I would much appreciate it. I'm not sure how much it normally goes for, but I am willing to negotiate the price. I don't have much of a history on the internet, and although I've only received feedback by 11 people on ebay, they have all been positive. Thank you, SirFrancis
