  1. Buy this guy's stuff. Lots of great albums, very reasonable prices, and super easy to deal with.
  2. ^MRW I checked the For Sale/Trade forum for the first time in 3 days, and see Manners for sale?! ^Then see that it already sold. DAMNIT.
  3. Aw, shit. What's up, Sec?! Long time. Thanks for the update. $16 bucks isn't bad at all.
  4. At the time I didn't stop to think about just how good we had it... ah, well. With how many free records I got from that, I certainly can't complain. It was a hell of a lot of fun while it lasted, though.
  5. He's right, actually. I was going off of payment info you can save for your account, but I added an album and looked at the checkout process and you CAN, in fact, pay with paypal. And also Amazon apparently?
  6. Thanks, man! Out of curiosity, where did you see it? I've been looking over the site and can't find a mention. Do you get an email or something?
  7. At least its more in line with what their past double LP versions have cost. I'm curious to see if that version will be 45rpm like the double LPs of CTS and the Hunter... EDIT: SRC has this same version listed for the same price now, too, though their website is being janky today.
  8. I'll check my opinion on the debate at the door; however, I came across a timely article this morning I thought I would throw into the discussion: http://arstechnica.com/business/2014/05/nations-largest-vinyl-record-pressing-plant-is-expanding/ The TL;DR is that Untitled Records is expanding their number of presses (which are currently running 24 hrs a day, 6 days a week) by over 50% (30 current presses, adding 16 additional). My sentiments exactly. My wife and daughters loved listening to them, and we had alot of fun together. Until I can get them jazzed about raging to Opeth, Mastodon, and the volta (might be waiting awhile for that haha), these are a good alternative for family record time.
  9. That's all I needed to hear. Excited to see what you have in store for us. I talked with the manager of the Northeast Mall location in Hurst(whose store didn't get their alotment due to closing for remodel in case anyone is wondering) and he mentioned he has known you for a long time. small world. Thanks for keeping us in the loop man. I totally agree with this. Given the two that were already pressed, these make the most sense to me.
  10. I picked up both yesterday. They both look and sound great, IMHO... Like others said, they're just a little quiet, but that's an easy fix - good think my amplifier goes to eleven. The wife wants to know which disney OSTs are up next... Travis?
  11. You might be the coolest dad ever. Just throwing that out there..
  12. You must be new here... Haha welcome! Let's get this party re-started
  13. It should also be noted that of those two auctions, the most recent was march of 2012... just a thought.
  14. If only I didn't have to use my refund on a working vehicle What a great album.
  15. Definitely an improvement. Excellent idea dood!
  16. A friend of mine hung out with them when they came to college station recently and has kept in contact with Matty since. I badgered her until she agreed to bring up the possibility of pressing one or more of their records at some point in the near future.... This reminded me that I need to find out if she ever made good on that promise. Will get back to you guys when she gets back to me. Probably not going anywhere given how much of a long shot it is, but I had to try. These albums are too good to remain unpressed.
  17. HO.LEE.SHIT. Opeth Watershed repress. Bless you, swedish metal gods.
  18. Shit, I'm in. If its something a bunch of people want and I'm not dying to have it, I usually sit out. But since the interest isn't as high on this one, I'd love to discover new tunes, man. Bring it on!
