  1. Hell yes! I have been kicking myself ever since I dragged my feet on picking an OP from the Adeline webstore for $25 and then it sold out... For over a year I have been watching the absurd amounts people are paying on eBay. Can't wait to hear more news on this.
  2. An eclectic mix over the last couple of weeks.... City and Colour - Bring Me Your Love (/330) - Sometimes (/336) - Little Hell (/320) All the Red & Green Holiday Exclusive pressings Jeff Buckley - Grace (HQ-180 pressing) James Taylor - Greatest Hits (1976 US Pressing) Norma Jean - Wrongdoers (Blue Splatter /1000?) Norma Jean - AHHH! SHARK BITE! AHHH! (3.5 inch /1000)
  3. Wow, you're such a good dude Sec! I'd love Green Day - Dookie from Hot Topic
  4. All the LP's... http://www.ebay.com/sch/mammatestatx/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686 If anyone know's the movie The Castle, "tell him he's dreaming!"
  5. Got my blue swirl copy and 3.5" today! I'm loving the album, really solid. They are a great bunch of guys too. They played in Auckland, NZ earlier this year. We ended up hanging out after the show and the following day I took Chris, Jeff and Goose out sailing on the harbour.
  6. Thanks for the update on Lazy Lab Derek, after I posted that I did a search and figured it out pretty quickly...
  7. What is the deal with Lazy Labrador Records? All their stuff is set at crazy expensive Buy it Now prices (in particular City and Colour stuff which I have been looking for). Every now an again they throw up auctions that start at .99, but the bidding is set to anonymous, I've bid on a few and always get done over at the last second and never know who won the auction. It makes me very suspicious that it is shell bidding by the seller the drive up the price (or they win it themselves to re-list later if the price is too low) and or just promote the buy it now items. Just has a dodgy feel too it...
  8. I received the digital download this morning... now just waiting for the 3.5" issue to be sorted and then the long ship down to NZ.
  9. This seems a bit of a stretch! Yes, it's the smallest colour pressing, but $150 :/ http://www.ebay.com/itm/Poison-the-Well-Versions-BLUE-100-NMNEW-every-time-i-die-thrice-converge-bane-/290954045804
  10. Hopesfall - The Frailty of Words (Orange / 200) Tiger Army - Music from Regions Beyond (Blue / 2500) QOTSA - Era Vulgaris (3x 10")
  11. Thanks heaps for all the responses! Bands on my 'want' list look a little like this at the moment: AFI, Bloc Party, The Bronx, City and Colour, Cold War Kids, Death Cab, Hopesfall, Jeff Buckley, Jimmy Eat World, Mariachi el Bronx, Mastodon, Nirvana, Poison the Well, QOTSA, Smashing Pumpkins, Sparta, Tiger Army. So pretty much all over the map. It looks like there are plenty of good stores to have a look around.
  12. Hi, I am headed to Sydney, Australia for a short holiday and I thought I would do some vinyl shopping while I'm there (vinyl shopping in Auckland, NZ can be fairly limited and over-priced). Can you guys that live there recommend some good places to check out that are in or close to the CDB. Thanks!
  13. If anyone got more than one copy of the orange LP's in error and would be happy to sell a copy, please PM me I missed out on getting one in the pre-order and would love to have an orange copy. Thanks!

  16. Hah, no. They only recently came back in stock and I picked one up. It usually takes a couple of weeks for stuff to get all the way down here. The Porchlight guys (Zack) were great to deal with.
  17. My Whaleship slipmat arrived in New Zealand, I love it!
  18. PM me if you want the email forwarded, the link can only be opened (3) times I think FYI
  19. I received a download of the track "Family Bike Wreck" (not on the standard track listing) via email yesterday... It's in .wav format which is a bit random, so that is going to have to be converted. I PO'd the blue splatter vinyl off MerchNow. Does anyone know how many pressings were done in each colour variant?
