The guy who posted the info about this press in the CKY group is close with Jess & Chad, and from what he said Deron most likely already got his check for this release. Deron is just trying to stir up drama, and I would highly recommend not buying anything from him.

Somewhere on the Hoffman forum a user said the 2014 reissues were the same mastering as the 2008/2009 reissues. I think Metallica plans to do Kill Em All and Ride this year as deluxe editions, so hopefully we get a decent master.

Just received mine in the mail. No issues, awesome package, and thanks for the free Life Once Lost CD. I've never heard of them, but will give it a spin!
