I have two 12lbs ones that I do most of my dumbbells with and then two 5lbs ankle weights. If that seems like a lot it's just because that's what I had haha. I'm sure any amount will be great. Some days I'll use my 5lb weights instead of the 12 and do more reps if I'm tired (i'm anemic). It's all about just moving yo' body!

I started with dumbbells! I found some dumbbell exercises on pinterest and did those for a month or so in the morning before i showered. Really started to see more definition and toning which only motivated me to consistently do it and eventually add cardio! I'm going to have to steal some of your pins Lauryn! I'll cut him!!!!

Hey my ladies! So I've been working out a ton and slimming down. I've been going through my wardrobe and cleaning it out on what doesn't fit me, mostly size 10s and 12s. Some still have tags on it (guilty). Would anyone here be interested? I was going to make a list, take some pictures, and throw everything on ebay but I thought I'd open it up in case! No pressure!

Not to harp on the comparisons but Kendrick is miles ahead of Kanye or Drake lyrically. Only thing I can say for Kanye is his subject matter can also be culturally and politically relevant, which is one of the greatest things about Kendrick's album. You cannot deny that there is voice in this album that must be hitting people on a personal level. So what I'd say about this album is that it is culturally relevant and ambitious in its production coming from a quality artist.

Which is their prerogative. Overall I think there are some really great songs on this album (shit in your cut, the ground walks, coyotes, sugar boats) but it's not the most consistent as far as a whole. For instance, I can see how Pistol is a MM song but where it fits on this album I'm not sure. That said, I hate it a lot less than I originally did.
