  1. you were just a few in front of me. you must have gotten one of the last of the one I did not get.
  2. Lucky you on the DJ Shadow. i think you and I were one of the few on here to purchase. I only received one of those. Glad you got it but makes me wonder if your order came after mine did they pull it for yours and give it to you if you ordered first?
  3. My order had 5/6. Received: Dj Shadow: 4 Track Era Felt: A Tribute To Rosie Perez K. Frimpong & His Cubano Fiestas: Ghana 1977 Hunx & His Punx: Gay Singles (Yellow) Jacuzzi Boys: Glazin' Did Not Receive: DJ Shadow: Total Breakdown, Hidden Transmissions from the MPC Era Happy with what I received. Wanted that DJ Shadow, especially since there were a ton said to be available at order. Thinking of doing round 2 of orders prior to next big batch in December.
  4. Separate from the Oldies stuff that just came in the other day. Just got A Day To Remember: For Those Who Have Heart Heading to a record fest tomorrow in Pittsburgh so hopefully going to be coming back with a bunch of goodies like I usually do at the fest.
  5. To see pentagram tonight or not. That is the question... Wheni saw them a few years ago they were just awful but people tell me it was just an off night for them.
  6. That soweto comp is really awesome. If i did not already own it i would be all over it. May have to go back and check the various section again. Kind of gave up after looking through 5k records at that point....
  7. Mine came today. Fiance opened it to check how many were there and got 5/6. 4 items i ordered said one left when i checked out so figured it was a long shot. The one item i didnt receive said there were 22 copies left at checkout so figured would be guarenteed that one but clearly not.. This sale has been great and huge props to the gentleman who has been going above and beyond to check order statuses and field questions from all of us. Still a bit pissed i didnt receive the one but what can you do. After everyone takes a breather at oldies and decides to do round two of the sale the first come first serve method needs to be done. I feel bad for the people who ordered before me and still are in limbo and may receive way less than what they should have got based on order number.
  8. Went to buy head phones at the record shop near my work. Decided to take a quick look at their new arrival bin. Found a sealed copy of the new Nine Inch Nails in their "closeout" bin for 12 bucks. Please and thank you!
  9. that is quite odd. i thought about maybe someone else getting my package near me but i dont have an address that is really easy to mess up or mix up. 631 is pretty much 631 unless they thought it was 681 or 651...
  10. hey buddy you deliver a shit ton of mail. remember that one box weeks ago? no i didnt think so...
  11. thanks for the info. it is beyond confusing and very frustrating. i dont understand where it could be. hopefully it works out like yours where it goes back to sender. the first person i talked to at the post office was rude as hell (what a surprise) said they would call me back and just never did. the guy i talked to today was helpful then said he would talk to mail carrier but if they dont remember it or know anything about it the only thing i can do is go to the authorities to report people stealing mail? seems like its drastic and if i went to the cops they would just laugh at me and say they will "look into it" its crazy that if the post office screws up they do nothing to right the wrong, but not surprised...
  12. so i have two separate packages that were sent to my residence. both were said to be delivered last week. they were in fact not. i called the post office and they said they were not at their location. one package was sent by a user on the board and has been super helpful in giving me all the details on their end but obviously the mystery location of the package is not their fault. anyone ever had to deal with this before? if so what did you do? i am kind of at loss here.
  13. So there is no rhyme or reason to how these are filled?
  14. when you all are getting confirmations on orders, did they e-mail you or did you have to check the website? I ordered Tuesday morning and still have yet to hear anything.

  17. Kings Speech: Finally got around to watching this. Pretty good though did not feel it was as mind blowingly amazing as alot of people said. Paprika: after 3 years on my dvd queue on netflix finally got around to watching this. after a 15 hour work day do not think it was the best choice of movies. trippy and interesting. Only God Forgives: Been waiting to watch this and did not disapoint. brutal and minimalist. Have not found a movie by Nicolas Winding Refn that I have hated. A Band Called Death: Dig their music. glad to hear the story behind it. good watch.
  18. did they repress it anywhere else or is it in limbo right now?
  19. one of my local record stores had this when i was there not too long ago. if you are still looking for it I can check next time I go in.
  20. Sorry if this has been asked but will there be a seperate url for the new stuff or lumped into the other big list?
  21. usps said delivery confirm of a package came tuesday. it absolutely did not. i tried calling usps. was on hold for an hour and then just hung up. this is going to be fun...
  22. Is there another way to expand the search to include all the other sale items? I have been finding so many things not on that big list of like 5k things that are on sale that im sure people on here would love.
  23. I saw someone else post they got them. They werent part of the big sale list. Wonder if there are other really cheap things that were not included. It said there are still some in stock if you are looking to grab more stuff.
