I got charged too - so figured it was shipping (maybe it still is?).  But it does say the 14th on the listing now.  

I emailed Urban Outfitters and they said the Africa 7" got pushed back a week until the 7th for anyone wondering

oh man jumping on these when they were $23 was the best move I made last week

I'm about two hours south of there but I'll shoot them an email and see if they're willing to ship, thank you.

They used to also always release top notch stuff done at quality plants, than set a survey out and idiots wanted shittier pressing for less money

Yeah, mine came out to $51 shipped for the album and t-shirt...I figure the added bonus of tour presale access and postcard (hopefully signed) were worth it.

Mine was 9:44am on the West Coast as well and I'm only 10 or so ahead so you're probably right that they started with 1000. Would've regretted paying that much for shipping without the signed postcard

I ordered mine at 9:54am on the West Coast and was order #CHVR1072. I'm guessing they started with CHVR1000 but who knows?

I don't think it's entitlement. Anyone posting on here should understand that pressing delays are a thing, and especially when it's not new material like Live At Rough Trade, I don't really mind waiting an extra month or so. The problem is the lack of communication. A simple email sent out to those that ordered it explaining they'd be shipped in batches as they arrived would be enough. 

Drafting a Class Action for our pain and suffering over the years due to PO delays. 

If a pressing is delayed any other distributor or label would usually communicate that. Bull Moose, for example, never fails to send out an email anytime a release date changes. 

I got the same canned response and told them it’s shitty customer service to have an issue like this and make your customers do the leg work to find out why.
