Ryan Malone will join the Rangers for informal skate tomorrow. I don't know how he fits with the contract situation (I think we're already at 50, or will be once John Moore signs) but I could see fitting pretty well on the 4th line.

I was at the Rangers game last night and it was not fun. Possibly Hank's worst performance in net ever. People make excuses from him "Oh, the defense did this wrong" "Oh, that's a hard shot!" "He was screened" yes, these things have all happened, but He's not free from criticism and the truth is he's been playing really half assed this season. I don't think he's dipping off, everyone has a bad season at some point. But If we're going ANYWHERE at all this season, he's gotta right the ship sooner than later.

I don't even want to talk about the Rangers this weekend. sigh...

Thorton has an in person hearing which means he's getting no less than 5 games. Neal's hearing is over the phone which means he's not getting anymore than 5 games. Meanwhile, no hearing for Boucher's hit on Marc Staal. I don't understand this league sometimes.

My patience for Del Zotto officially hit rock bottom last night. It's like he's un-learning the game. At this point I'd take a 4th liner and an AHL defenseman for him.

The optimist in me says Rangers in 7..the realist in me is sobbing in the shower...

If Nash wakes up, Brass, Step, and Hags chip in a few a piece, and Richards and Cally find some more consistency we'll be in good shape. That on top of Lundqvist being Lundqvist I predict Rangers in 6. As for the rest of the 2nd round I say; Sharks in 7 Senators in 7 Blackhawks in 6

A lot of crazy statistics bouncing off each other for tomorrows game 7. The past doesn't matter, tomorrow is do-or-golf. Rangers got this!!

Sharks and Canucks battling in OT. Nice to see the Canucks decided to show up now that they could be moments from elimination!

I don't expect the Leafs or Islanders to make it out of the 1st round, but I think they will take their series to 6 or 7 games. Theres no way either team is going to take that they got this evening laying down.

Rangers ARE going to beat the Caps. Caps are seriously over rated right now. Rangers went 10-3-1 at the end of the season. I think they can handle this. In other news I'm really hoping that both the Pens and the Hawks get upset. It's a new season now, no teams winning or losing streaks matter anymore!

Rangers move up to 7th. I believe if they win tomorrow, and the Jets lose in regulation, then they've clinched. I think that is indeed doable!

What an amazing game! Unless you're a Sabers fan. On a normal night, 4 goals against Hank probably would mean overtime, but the guys really harnessed some crazy voodoo in Buffalo!
