Hey guys, just a quick question: I've got very lucky and picked up the first press (black and green) of this record in mint condition for just $25 at a local record store but it came without any booklet or lyric sheet. Since everything else (records, gatefold) is in prestige condition, I'm wondering if the original pressing ever came with a lyric sheet or so? Thanks!

So another update on the situation about my lost order - Customer Service stopped replying to emails and they won't give me an order number. The employees at the store I shipped it to managed to find it and tracked it on whichever delivery service they used. It is shown as delivered two towns over at an address that isn't HT. Whomever they called told them to just tell me to keep an eye on my email. This was almost three weeks ago and still nothing. I'm completely lost at what to do at this point other than open a PP dispute.

Update: I've called customer service twice, emailed them back and forth, and both local stores and nobody can tell me where my order is.

Did your paypal actually go through? This happened to me awhile back when I decided to pull the trigger on (most of) the Blink splatters. Paypal sent me an email telling me that I sent a payment, but it won't charge until HT processes it. They never did so paypal just showed as 'pending'. I actually tried ordering twice and gave up. Good luck with customer service, they're the worst. I really want MTTS and +44 so I'm hoping their website takes the order when both are up.

Yeah, it's in the completed category on PP. It sat in pending and then went through on the 11th, 3 days after the order was placed.

I placed an order for Nothing Personal and TWIABP's new album and PayPal was charged. I went to track it to see if it was ready for pick-up and logged into my HT account with no history of the order. I went to my email and there was no confirmation. I filled out the contact form but still haven't gotten any reply. Has anyone had anything similar happen or is this an issue with the updated site? I have no order number, no history of the order other than the PayPal receipt, and customer service hasn't responded yet. Any advice?

No idea where else to post this since it's just me speculating, but I noticed that La Dispute's Vancouver is now on Spotify through their label. A repress would be cool.

I bought Third Eye Blinds S/T and it came with major creases and corner damage. Emailed Insound about returning it but they told me to just keep it and they refunded my money. It's worth a shot.

Nah they're different.

So it's just a print and not an alternate cover, correct?

Just snagged one. Pretty sure that these are the same prints that come in the deluxe package, except signed.

I got mine exactly a week after reordering.

They just put up leftovers of the band color and the Australia tour cover.
