  1. I have a 1996-2006 fixation, but some more modern ideas may be fun. Unfortunately I've never seen or played SAO
  2. Ordered some fun new buttons! @dvv, lemme know if you want any and I'll send you some with this simple little logo-sticker I ordered since I owe ya stickers
  3. Thanks for all the insight, guys. I think it may be doomed to sit on the shelf a good while longer before I give it a shot haha
  4. Yo have you ever used paypal credit? How does it work? is it just monthly payments for a year or something? It always asks me if I wanna do it but I've been nervous to. Do you pay the first payment upfront?
  5. I've never played an Assassin's Creed game but I have Black Flag on ps3 just because it was cheap as hell and it's been sitting on my shelf for ages. Should I give it a go sometime? I've always been unsure about AC.. I love stealth games (MGS is my all-time favorite series) but I don't know if it's too loose or actiony for me, that's always been my fear
  6. It's just cool that they're all finding a home in the same family; I didn't mean anything negative by it! I lol'd because I had an inkling y'all may be working together on somethin after the TS/Elvis/ND tour. Really excited for the availability tbh. Hope you guys do the rest of her back catalog one day too!
  7. Coincidentally, just started this one up again last night for the first time in like eight years. It gets a lot of flak but I've always really enjoyed it. It's so light hearted and it's really refreshing to see Spira with the blanket of fear lifted. Plus, c'mon, 1000 Words is classic
  8. That's the funny Elvis D, Teen Suicide, Alex G.. Arguably Katie Dey and Infinity Crush.. And now Nicole! Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan, Nicole is amazing. I'm in for the tapes.
  9. Talking with a friend about how the instrumental Alex track has a Noriko Matsueda feel to it, anyone else agree? When it comes to the ting-yness and rippling nature
  10. I actually really love the new Alex song. it reminds me of track #15 on C-Sides and Why Do You (though they both have sampled/repeated vocals, the build is similar)
  11. Yeah I was planning on it whenever I saw this thread; not sure what exactly yet tho. It seems the idea of "cassette store day" is growing more each year too so that's cool.
  12. Radiating Light is streaming! https://orchidtapes.bandcamp.com/album/radiating-light-orchid-tapes-friends
  13. Entire store 20% off for a bit with code: TOZANARKAND http://driptapes.storenvy.com/ ♥
  14. Does anyone know if the Vita version of Borderlands 2 holds up to the console versions? Been considering playing it but I dunno about an fps on handheld. Also, I just finished Final Fantasy X-HD- for the first time in a decade (well, first time for the HD edition). My brain is swirling with Spira theories and thoughts of the characters tales. I just heard Final Fantasy X-WILL- for the first time and it's fucking me up. I think I understand it though and it just makes my heart break for both Yuna and Tidus. If anyone would like to discuss the contents of WILL or Spira post-game, feel free to hit me up! Would love to blab
  15. Loooove the blue+white. Almost wonder what a suuuuper dark, almost-black blue + really light aqua blue swirl would look as a variant
  16. I spent a good few hours getting into Akiba's Trip for the first time--enjoying strolling the streets of Japan, amassing an interchangeable wardrobe and using the integrated social media to track down improptu J-Pop idol street performances; only to realize there is no autosave feature in Akiba's Trip. :| My data
  17. You wanna sell it? Lotsa good memories driving back and forth from Mississippi to Louisiana listening to that album in late 2013.
  18. Whenever he announced two separate solo tours (one with a backing band, and one entirely solo with piano and guitar), I had a feeling he was going to release a followup to Upside Down Mountain. This interests me a lot because in his solo career the more vacant, minimal songs always seem the strongest. Cape Canaveral, Lenders In The Temple, Milk Thistle, Ten Women, White Shoes, Artifact #1, Common Knowledge..... to me they're all some of the strongest tracks on their respective LPs. So i'm really excited for an entire album with that stripped down approach.
