  2. FYI if anyone got their orders cancelled it is probably because the esteemed RareLimiteds swooped up 11 copies to resell on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Distant-Worlds-Music-From-Final-Fantasy-Vinyl-2xLP-Brand-New-Super-Rare/282867913638?hash=item41dc3dd3a6:g:WK0AAOSwNwZamWBB
  3. My record just arrived today; try again next time it is up!

  5. It lists this as a 1xLP; I don't think there is any way the whole album fits on 1xLP at anything near a fidelity that you want. Probably a listing mistake for the CD.
  6. Yes, in my OG post: OPM (26.99€) EGDCFF (15.99€) Shipping is 10€ so it ends up being USD $58.71 for both albums shipped, or USD $56.14 if you have a credit card that you can bill in euros and not get charged a fee for. I will couch that by saying however that I don't believe there is any way that these albums stay those insane prices on Amazon US.
  7. You can always listed to the M64 metal mario theme on youtube to stave off the disappointment.
  8. Mario+Rabbids $40 https://store.iam8bit.com/products/mario-rabbids-kingdom-battle-2xlp-vinyl-soundtrack
  9. Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds vinyl back in stock at Amazon for $35 shipped: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079YTZ1VZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_wXsQAbHMGGMQT
  10. Amazon listing is gone now, too, but I bet Amazon will honor their price mistake. Is Bullmoose trying to charge you again? I generally love them, but that is not a classy move for $6.
  11. Sounds like this is probably a B-sides comp from Temple of I & I. https://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/treasuresfromthetemple A few excessively expensive bundles with a color variant. I assume the black vinyl will probably be available from standard retailers, but probably not the bundles.
  12. Isn't it a rule for RSD that shops can only sell 1 copy of each album to the same buyer? Maybe my shop is just....uptight.
  13. Did you email this guy or what? Honestly let's not turn this thread into a pitchforks and torches thing. VCers only getting one side of a story and then harassing people is not a good look. I agree from his feedback and OP's story, it is believable that he is a jerk/in the wrong, but we don't know for sure what's true and what is not.
  14. Look at your Paypal contract. You do get charged more for international orders. Buyers do not mitigate this. Sales within the US 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction International sales 4.4% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received If you read my post I acknowledge that some countries do supply a delivery confirmation. Some also don't. I have gotten screwed by the latter, maybe you haven't. I've also had people "reject" deliveries, and then had no proof that they ever reentered the postal system (because they didn't). I never received those records back. Exercise caution with int'l buyers that do not have good reputations.
  15. I don't think there is a policy difference persay, but as a seller things become more convoluted when you deal internationally. First off, int'l Paypal fees are higher, so you're technically losing money from the get-go. But the real killer is international tracking. There are not really inexpensive ways to ship international and have anything resembling a reliable tracking system. Sure, Priority Mail will track you package when it is in the US, but beyond that it's really only delivery confirmation, if that. International postal systems do not work well together. At least when things are within the US, you have a reliable point-to-point tracking number that tells the whole story. Once a package enters or exits, say, Brazil, your ability to "prove" anything via shipment data basically goes out the door.
  16. Not a ton of negative reviews, but the ones that are negative sound scathing and very similar to what happened to you. Pretty sketchy indeed.
