Agaetis Byrjun and () are two phenomenal records. I was never super crazy about Takk... and fell off listening to them after that. I loved the single I heard from this album though, so I may revisit some other albums.

Eh. I get where you're coming from. She's very formulaic at this point, but most of her songs are decent enough country-tinged pop songs. It's easy to listen to and some of them end up being straight up earworms. Except "Puppy and a Truck." That song makes me mad that she ever recorded it.

Yeah, it's hard to be really mad about it...but I still haven't opening my Nothing record and it makes me feel dumb when I see it on the shelf.

That sucks, and I'm not laughing AT you because getting poorly shipped records sucks. But you gave me a real chuckle with your description.

In your photo it looks nearly the same color as the bird and face. I wondered if maybe it looked different in person. I get that it isn't what you expected and that's a bummer, but at least in the photo you posted it seems to match up pretty well with the secondary colors of the cover. The butterflies are also green.

Yeah, that would be a huge shame but you're very likely correct.

Every release seems to go like this with them. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about yet, but it's sure frustrating.

I have great interest in this...but I assume it's mostly unfinished songs/demos? Also, repress the entire catalogue.

My comment is a complaint about the company, yours was calling people idiots for ordering stuff from them that isn't available anywhere else. But yeah.

Anybody have any word on this? Wasn't it supposed to have shipped early this month? This label is the absolute worst at communication.

Lucky you! They only have two albums so far and both are awesome! I'd say start at the beginning with Deathspells and then move on to this one. 😀

If you believe it's a real repress, make a thread. Not sure why this is such a problem for people lately.
