  1. Do you mean that people are actually willing to put 200 items in their card just to freeze the entire stock? Who would do such things? So definitely agreed on not doing that ever.
  2. Yeah I get ya. Just not too shure that is ever going to happen. Not willing to take any risk with this gem.
  3. Tomorrow will be my first time ordering from the flenser. Made a 'testorder' and was directed to paypal. Do they get my shipping information via paypal or will I be redirected to their site after paying to give my shipping information? Also planning on ordering quite a lot of records since shiping to germany is quite a beast for just one or two records.
  4. Hope this is nearly as great as it looks. Totally ordered the living hell out of this.
  5. Been waiting on this for years now + once almost paid 100+ bucks for a ripped 2nd press. So I'll probably go and try to grab.. all of them..
  6. Welcome on board! Sounds pretty awesome. Don't know the band but I'm such a sucker for splatter variants. Pink and blue on white sound incredible. Does it match the colours of the album art?

  8. Loving this thread. So many great ideas for setting up your audio and records. I'm about to finish relocating and might take a pic of my little place when everything is finally set up.
  9. On The Might Of Princes - Sirens. I need this one on vinyl really bad.
  10. Rest now, weary head, here's their official statement regarding the upcoming live shows: After a long and restful hiatus, we are very much looking forward to returning to the stage. The setlist is developing, but I can say that we’ll be playing songs off of Diadem of 12 Stars, Two Hunters and Celestial Lineage. We are especially excited to perform some epic older songs that we have never before played live. Our new album was very much a studio project, so we won’t be performing material directly off of Celestite. But we do plan on bringing a larger array of synthesizers on the road to expand the sonic journey into deeper realms.
  11. Not sure if the deluxe vinyl will be worth it's 50€.. also not a fan of picdiscs. Think i'm gonna stick to the standard lp.
  12. Bohren & der Club of Gore. Sunset Mission Too bad the test pressing got rejected and this has never been released at all.
  13. Back in '07 is was at a german electronics mega store closing its vinyl department. Bought Radioheads Kid A and Amnesiac Do10"'s for 5€ each but passed on OP Frances for 15€ 'cause of being too broke. Guess that was the only chance at not overpaying for this thing ever.
  14. Same here. I thought about that record every once in a while, but never bothered playing it for years. Different story with those ATD-I reissues. I never stopped loving the living hell out of those records (Vaya, first and foremost) and finally having them on vinyl was a huuge 'check' on my list
  15. Yeah, p4k are not that fond of this kind of progressive rock or metal in general. Look up those Tool reviews! Not a fan of them though, also not really digging any Volta after De-Loused. Saw them tour it and it was great, but seeing them tour Frances kind of ruined it for me. 50min of lackluster jamming Cassandra Gemini being the whole show made me lose any interest in listening to that record or any subsequent releases to be honest. De-Loused remained a vinyl must-have ever since though.
  16. Totally get that. Could've figured this being an import and thus rarely appearing in stores being an issue with this particular record. I could not be happier with my favourite record store. Been purchasing my records there for years and never had any issues buying quite special titles because you can just preorder your stuff and it'll be held back for you. Also working there since last year doesn't hurt at all except my wallet, oh dear..
  17. I seem to be pretty much outnumbered here when I say that I bought this in a record store and could choose between six copies which one to take home. How come almost everybody here is getting their records per mailorder?
