People over there are often concerned with pressing quality and A-Bs of reissues vs. originals. There's also a lot of smartassing and butthurt going on, but that's the internet.

i could burn one but i like having the real thing, i put a lot of sentimental value in that. I hate Mp3s other than convenience on the go but when i have access to physical formats, id rather play a reel big fish cd 10 times in a row than listen to mp3s.  Only thing i hate about the bonus cd is that its in an enveloppe and not a case that will fit with the others and that i will have to be super careful so my cat cannot access the sleeve and destroys it..  but its not a real problem since i didnt even receive one. 

Excuse me, I have listened to this five times.  My opinion is correct, and very good.

I am aware this is a common opinion. I do not share it - I find out about a lot of good music I probably wouldn't otherwise hear about through Pitchfork and other similar sites. I was more saying that it seems to have an appeal that I can see Pitchfork responding to even where other recent "emo" albums with a similar appeal (Goodness, for instance) didn't quite get that "seal of approval", not that Brand New wants or even needs it. Then again, I thought the same thing when Devil and God came out, so who knows.

I've got the whole OHYO discography. Only thing I don't have is the WWYWWWGH tour variant out of like 10 or something, which was just a black cassette instead of green.

I've had this in my wantlist for about six or seven years and watched the prices rise from around $200 to fucking $500 in that time. Come on..

On this fine Saturday afternoon today,  I am left wondering:
 
"will Weakling - 'Dead as Dreams' EVER see a vinyl repress, or am I going to have to drop $500 for a first press someday?"

Last August we sold our house.  Built a new house, finished it in October.  Then decided to finish the basement myself.  Been without records and audio for 10 months.  About 3 weeks ago I finished the basement enough to start moving stuff in.  It's a work in progress with still more stuff yet to come from the framers.
