  1. I like the way the disc colors match the characters.
  2. You posted on the Cassette Collective? I didn't know you were into tapes.
  3. Step 1: Click on your address bar Step 2: Type in "google.com" (if you're using Chrome, you can just use the address bar for step 3) Step 3: Type in "moonshake records" Step 4: Hit the 'enter' key Step 5: Congratulations, you've learned how to use Google
  4. Why do people feel the need to do this? Why not just get a 12x12 print of the cover?
  5. I'm a dumb American and I don't know what the L with a line through it is. I cannot decide how many 'L's I use for records on a monthly basis. Also, is mayonnaise a genre?
  6. Your use of exclamation points and question marks interests me.
  7. Almost done with my double shift at the mini-golf course. I think I've had like 8 bottles of water; this AC isn't that great.
  8. Personally, my favorite is The Colour and the Shape (see: avatar). It all depends on what you're looking for, though. If you'd like the lighter acoustic tracks, In Your Honor is the way to go (or, at least, disc 2), but most of their heaviest material is on One By One. There is Nothing Left to Lose is an album that focuses heavily on melody, and it's fun for that reason, then there's the directly-after-Nirvana Foo Fighters which bears the most resemblance to the aforementioned trio. Echoes, Silence Patience, & Grace is (in my mind) what In Your Honor would've been if they didn't make it a double album. It has softer spots, but also louder rock tracks. Wasting Light is a callback to the style of their first two albums, so if you like that post-Nirvana vibe, a lot of the same influence is present on that one. As far as Sonic Highways, I consider it to be a soundtrack album or compilation record more than anything else. It's got good songs on it, but they don't have the same sense of cohesiveness that their other albums do. My personal rank: Colour > S/T > Wasting Light > Nothing Left > Sonic Highways > One By One > Echoes, Silence > In Your Honor There's also a nifty flowchart for this kind of thing, made by Reddit user /u/PotatoAlley:
  9. I'm already seeing them in August, so I'll give everyone else a shot That being said, I have family in Portland and Seattle, so it wouldn't be impossible.
  10. I'm part of a club and I didn't even know it! Does this mean I'm one of the cool kids now?
  11. Dammit! It'll go to someone more deserving anyway I'm looking forward to seeing the winner + the concert pics. And, of course, you're in my thoughts and I hope you can learn to walk again. I'll see myself out, but seriously, keep toughin' it out, man. I've got faith in you.
  12. I figured I'd make one just for fun...bandwagon appeal and such. // Name: Dominic // Known As: DOMAN127 // Fav. Band.: Foo Fighters // Known for: Overly long signature, not being an adult (I guess?), helping out international buyers, hasty PhotoShops // Persona: Generally nice, though often argumentative; maker of dumb jokes on the main VC board // Tagline: "Dammit!" // Sig: Steven Universe gif + a list that always contains two wants and a series of unchanging bad jokes (see above: "Overly long signature")
  13. I think that just means the record is slightly warped, and pretty much all records nowadays are, even just a little.
  14. The episode when Morty picks the adventure is the Meeseeks episode, which apparently does get some love:
  15. The one I usually go to hasn't changed, but there's one that I sometimes visit that used to have 3 crates, and now it has nothing but like 3 picture discs on any given day.
