  1. lol. The only standout performances were CoF, Killswitch, Voivod, Shadows Fall, Endo and all the mainstagers. I only REALLY enjoyed the 1st three I listed. The rest I was just "meh" over.
  2. Yeah it was 2003, sorry, I forget. I'm old. I had to look it up online to get it right, but I did watch every band. Here's the lineup: Ozzfest 2003Main Stage: Ozzy Osbourne, KoЯn, Marilyn Manson, Disturbed, Chevelle Second Stage: Cradle of Filth, Voivod, Hotwire, Shadows Fall, Grade 8, Twisted Method, Nothingface, Killswitch Engage, Unloco, Depswa, Motograter, Sworn Enemy, The Revolution Smile, Chimaira, Endo, Memento, E.Town Concrete
  3. I mean, they sounded okay-ish, but they were SO boring. They just stood in place, barely moving. I mean they did their job, but their complete lack of stage presence ruined it for me. I liked them a lot more before that hot summer day.
  4. I went to Ozzfest in 2004 and they were one of the headliners. They were a really good live band. I wasn't into them by this time, but it had a sort of nostalgic awesomeness about it. I think the best performers that day were Voivod, Killswitch, Cradle, and Manson. Korn was really good, Chevelle was awful, Disturbed (who I HAVE ALWAYS DESPISED) actually sounded "good" aka like their recordings. Ozzy, well, he is just really old, but he was the reason I went, so I have that under my belt.

  6. Haha. I'm pretty sure my wife will never buy me a record for fear I already own it.
  7. Well if you ever "need" to get mine, I'll have it. $20 ain't bad as that's pretty much the retail cost of any record. I think it was $16 brand new in store and I thought I was getting a green one.
  8. I'll definitely agree that S/T addresses some serious shit. As the albums progressed I like them less and less until it gets to "Issues." After that I actively dislike all of it and did when it was released. Issues came out when I was in the 7th grade (?) and that was MY. FUCKING. ALBUM. That was all I listened to. Then I kinda moved towards punk and it was all "downhill" from there.
  9. How much are 1st presses going for? If I can grab a different first press, I'll let you get mine. I don't exclusively collect first presses, but I like to have em. However, if it helps you out, no harm no foul. That version is the one I bought the day it was released in CT, so it's been played at least 5 times. Still sounds and looks spectacalar though.
  10. It's tough and no one understands it (except youz guise). When i got in a copy of an album (different vinyl color) that was currently spinning, my wife was like "why did you buy that? There is one right there!" Then i showed her the difference and she asked me if i seriously bought another one because it was different. #misunderstood
  11. hahaha. I'm not laughing AT you, but at the fact that these are problems we have.
  12. She started it. I was just hanging out with this new person, but she showed interest first. SHE kissed ME.... hahahaha, all day I dream about sex...all day I dream about... fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer fancy cocktails and craft beer
  13. It comes from years of wishing I had said "that" or imagining I said "this" and never actually doing it because I have no game/ balls.
  14. When she said "haha What do you really want?" you should have said "you." That's impressive dude, I just don't have the willpower.
  15. I wish I could just smoke weed. Don't get me wrong, I've done it plenty, but i am useless goofball when high. I can't really function on any normal level of normalcy. I just laugh, eat, and sleep (almost uncontrollably on the sleep part. Actually the same sleep problem occurs when I am drunk drunk.)
  16. Fair enough. Hey good call on the wine though, wine intoxication has always been different to me. It's as if it's some other substance completely. Plus, the right wine can really round out a meal. Either way I'm sorry to hear you are generally a sad person. Depression is fucking awful and I feel for anyone who suffers from it. On the bright side THAT^^^^^^^ lovely face will be shining from your TV screen this noche.
  17. My $8 copy is waiting for me at home. I am excited, to say the least.
  18. Sorry to hear that. For all intents and purposes it is a "depressant," but it just makes me goofy and funner/ more fun (depending on how you talk).
  19. I love alcohol. I understand not liking it as i used to not drink at all or very infrequently. Now when I take that first sip in a day or two, there is a warming sensation that runs up my back. It's like a wave of awesome.
  20. This is impressive, but I highly encourage trying good coffee again. If you are into sugar or sweetener, go for it, but I drink mine plain (black) andiced. I adore it everyday.
  21. Another couple of interesting things about AZ: do want a gun? GREAT! You can just go buy one. No seriously it's cool, we don't need to know much about you, but we want you to carry all the guns!(caveat: I think they have the "cool down period" aka wait 2 days to buy) Much cooler: Do you buy groceries? Do you buy booze (wine, beer, liquor)? Well, unlike a lot of places we think that you should not have to go to 2 different locations or buildings to buy it. We think the booze aisles should be right beside the frozen food section so that really expensive beer can be accompanied by hotpockets and a couple shots of Jack (or Johnny or Jim or Jose)! A Little sketchy: Do you buy gasoline? Do you buy booze? Why not come to an AZ convenience store where you can buy all of the cigarettes, Little Debbie brand snackcakes, gallons of underpriced gasoline and bottles of Jack (or Johnny or Jim or Jose) in one fell swoop?
  22. Yeah, they are kind of like an FYE or Sam Goody, but about the size of a Best Buy. they sell everything from books, cds, vinulZ, dvds to stupid shit that I didn't really need to buy like random band merch, posters, knick-knacky garbage, and soda. It's kind of like a toy store for adults who do not collect actual toys. Hence my spending bajillions of dollars on nothing. I actually picked up my first copy of the Amory Wars there.
