  1. Yeah, definitely means removing them from the sleeves. Which is always a good idea when getting something shipped from overseas.
  2. There's a domestic (US) version of this up at Paper and Plastick since they just repressed this. http://paperplastick.limitedrun.com/products/531566-pentimento-re-press-bundle About $25 shipped within the US. Some cool new variants as well
  3. So the S/T is also up on Music Record Shop; per the thread linked below you can get 20% off with the code "dustin2014", plus free shipping. http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/104535-20-off-musicrecordshopcom/ Total comes out to about $32 if you don't have tax. Pretty sweet deal. I'm regretting jumping the gun on SSD now. Has anyone had success canceling orders from them?
  4. Just make sure you're ordering from this link! http://www.soundstagedirect.com/mr-bungle-california-180-gram-vinyl-records.shtml They have the Plain version on there as well.
  5. Yep. I ordered California from SSD a few weeks ago, and it was white and numbered. I received #201.
  6. Yeah, you're right. Looking at that catalog number, it's obviously an old product. Sorry, Randy; I read that as "LP" and thought you were referring the the self-titled.
  7. From what I gather from that description from MOV, the entire pressing is limited to 2,500 and they're all colored. Could be wrong though.
  8. Ugh. $51 at Amazon? SSD is free shiping over $35, so definitely the best deal so far.
  9. They also have Life is Peachy up. http://www.soundstagedirect.com/korn-life-is-peachy-180-gram-vinyl-lp.shtml
  10. It's up on SSD now, but $45 http://www.soundstagedirect.com/korn-korn-180-gram-vinyl-records.shtml
  11. Forgot about that rumor, I could see it. Crazy to think that this guy was 8 years old when the S/T album was released.
  12. Really curious to know who played drums on this album. You can definitely tell it's not Joey, but whomever it is seems to be capable of filling the void.
  13. New track "The Negative One" streaming over at their site. http://www.slipknot1.com/ Sounds pretty damn good so far. Definitely similar to Iowa/ST era. I just got a lot more excited for this album.
  14. Jesus Christ...This guy has to at least lurk here. If you look through his other items for sale, he's got a bunch of things that were hyped here. Three copies of Maybeshewill - Fair Youth on blue for $80 each. Human garbage is putting it politely.
  15. $30 on a 5 (well, 7) track album no less. Either way, still cheaper than what the first press is going for and I'm really curious about the leather cover.
  16. I definitely paid the $20 plus the absurd shipping cost for what was just a large bubble mailer sent media mail, if I remember right. This is such a goddamn great album though. I'd have paid much more for it.
  17. Didn't think of it as peer-pressure. More so as a means of making me realize I would be buying it for the wrong reasons. I tried going back to it recently to see if maybe I'd been to harsh in the past; nope. They even managed to make The Ornament sound bland, which is quite a feat considering the fantastic live renditions they'd done. I agree with your point of thinking of it as a different band entirely; dredg the Automator. Back on track, I'm anxiously awaiting the chance to hear more from this album. I've been listening to In Amber regularly; it's fantastic.
  18. Alright, haha...I'm convinced. Glad I posted my consideration so you guys could ground me in reality. I really don't even like to think of that as a dredg album, so my collection is essentially complete. I really wish Catch Without Arms would get pressed though.
  19. ^^^ This. I've seen collections posted here and elsewhere where someone has upwards of five variants of an album that I desperately want just one copy of. If I became that guy, I'd feel like a dick. Also, monetary and storage concerns inhibit me from becoming completely taking the plunge. I've found myself making similar decisions to you; scooping up the most rare variant, along with the one that best matches the artwork. I'm a complete sucker for a variant that fits perfectly with the artwork, regardless of rarity. Which is why I'm also leaning towards the purple. I've been meaning to grab Long Distance Calling's last album, so I'll probably throw that in to feel a little bit better about the shipping cost. And as awful as Chuckles and Mr. Squeezy is, I still feel compelled to complete my dredg collection. Hmm.
  20. Thinking of how well a translucent purple will look with this cover art really makes me want to grab this one as well. I'm not usually into variant collecting, but I've found myself getting more into it lately. I'd be willing to organize a buy if we can get 10 people interested. It'd be awesome if Oceansize - Frames went up soon to combine orders; I'm guessing a lot of those with interest in this would be into that as well.
  21. The total price of all of these releases together is kind of making me regret grabbing the boxset. Although they're not offering Suden Uni or Voimasta Ja Kunniasta individually, which are two of my favorite releases from them
  22. You're right. I just remembered that they said the variant on Superball's store was supposed to be red. Hmmmm.....
  23. The purple (/100) is up on Insideout. They also have it on black, with an unspecified number pressed. https://www.insideoutshop.de/Artist/Maybeshewill/21128
  24. This is awesome news; definitely excited for this!
  25. Yeah, there seems to be a lot of that lately. MOV does a great job with their releases, more often than not...better than some artists may do on there own. That being said, I'm sure Patton and co. will put out a proper release. Regardless, I bought this about a month ago, and it sounds fantastic. So much better than that god awful Plain release, not that that really says much.
