His input is exactly is what is needed. Always felt Ariel Pink managed to keep his weird shit while making his songs still poppy and listenable. MGMT struggled with straddling that balance but this album has definitely put them on a better direction going forward.

Album is a slog to get thru. You cut off the fat off of this album (5 songs) and you would have a lean but decent album.

Luckily nabbed Call Me By Your Name from Rough Trade on their discogs. Cant wait to spin it. Very happy that Sufjan got nominated for an Oscar. Would love to see him win.

Digging what I'm hearing. If they are doing a good impression of Ariel Pink/Tame Impala then I'm in.

Just hope the songs are better than the first two that have come out. I liked the 2nd song more than Connected, but I'm feeling underwhelmed at the moment.

Fyi, Neocity has become a bit more aware of the popularity of their vinyl releases and they are gonna do 24 hour sales going forward. They did it for another release recently. My guess is that Macross' new release will be the same.

So having just bought the John Carpenter vinyl, I'm starting to hear horror stories about liquid-filled records, so I just want to know who on here owns a liquid record and if it has leaked or not and if there are solutions to avoid the fate of losing the liquid if the sealant does begin to fail.

Why would I bother with SA1? I can't even remember anything worthwhile. SA2 is where is at. I will complain about the fact that all of the Knuckle songs are not all there. That's annoying as hell.
