I just checked tracking again and it’s been shipped. To be expected delivery next week. Shipped yesterday.

I haven’t seen any tracking movement yet either. They said 3 weeks over 3 weeks ago when I contacted them. I’m still not worried about it yet, but am interested at what the hold up is?

My copies were from Merchnow. One of my lyric inserts were crushed so the Merchnow copies I received included 2 extra lyric inserts.

I have 2 copies. Both played through no problem. One was a bit warped but flattened with the Record Flat and all good. Plain white inners were ripped to shreds. Overall lucked out this and the Zao reissue playing fine.

I forgot how neat Walkmans are. Glad I picked this up.

I’m not sure what the audio source is. I bought a boot copy of this and mine sounds great.

Received a refund over the weekend. Just like they said 7 to 10 days. Closer to 10 days though. I learned awhile ago not to send emails. It seems to put you further back down the list for whatever reason.

I would like to hear the 3 song Reborn demo on vinyl. Nonexistent and Inhabit would be must buys. I will likely purchase this too.

I’m glad some of the classic Tooth and Nail / Solid State stuff is being released finally. Hopefully Zao Parade Of Chaos is on deck along with a wish list that goes back to Tooth and Nails beginnings. Looking forward to this campaign.

Does anybody have any contact information for FH? I ordered some Eminem merch on Black Friday and also an Eric Church vinyl boxset. Interestingly enough I am having the worst time with their customer service including not receiving email confirmations for the Eminem stuff and a false or wrong tracking number for the Eric Church boxset. all in all FH has about 750.00 of mine and I have nothing to show for it except frustration. Just looking for a phone number or anything besides regular customer service. Emails with this place seem to be a joke as I usually get a lame excuse. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like they could have avoided this by selling the second batch as a second pressing with a different release date. Wasn't it originally limited to 1,000 copies and then they put up more a few weeks later? So now there's around 2,000. I don't know how they can blame the label. It's pretty much all on Rough Trade IMO. It's not really a big deal to me, I don't need it today - but I don't like the constant excuses and seemingly different excusses depending on type of complaint. This will have an impact on me ordering from them in the future mostly because of them not being straight forward. I would probably sooner order from the UK store instead of US at this point.

Unfortunately, in the scramble to get as many as possible out the door, we're not entirely sure what order the labels were printed in, what order they were applied... etc. It was just a big ol' stack of 800 labels that a few people took turns helping with. I'm sorry I can't give you any more information, but I promise we are trying our best and learning many lessons for next time. This is the latest response I've received.

Could you give us a date and approximate time you ordered? It says date and approximate time in your order history. I ordered in the first batch and mine hasn't moved. They may be in for more ass chewin'.
