I saw Korn at Ozzfest many years after 7th grade (when I stopped listening to them) and they were very good live. Same stage: Disturbed (who I never liked, at any point) played and they sounded exactly like their recordings. Manson was great. Chevelle, who I previously "appreciated" was awful. And Ozzy was, well, old. All in all, not a bad day.

Ozzfest 2003, I went to that one too! I remember Korn being so good then.

Also, I got a ticket to the upcoming LB tour in Youngstown. I never got to see them in their heyday, and I've been on a major nu-metal kick this past year, so I figured fuck it, why not

  2. Coheed used to be my absolute favorite band, and I will by this the second it goes on sale, but to me I feel like they've lost their magic. Everything up to TCBTS had something about it that I can't describe, and everything since has felt kinda...safe, or sterile. The production feels like it has no dynamics at all, I think it's mixed very flat, and Claudio's songwriting hasn't captured me in the slightest. Of the two newest tracks, I like Shoulders, but Rise, Naianasha was completely unremarkable even though it was trying to be.

I hope to fall back in love with Coheed someday, maybe this album will grow on me.

Before 2020 comes to a close we're giving Ceremony's 'Rohnert Park' a proper 10th anniversary celebration! Released back in June of 2010, "Rohnert Park cemented Ceremony’s legacy as a once-in-a-generation California punk band, and indeed one of the all-time great, quintessentially California bands, period. It’s no wonder that, ten years on, its reputation has only grown." -A.M.N. A definitive release for both the band and Bridge Nine.

To commemorate this, we're giving 'Rohnert Park' our 25th anniversary silver vinyl treatment. We've pressed a one-time edition of 1,000 copies on silver vinyl, housed in black and white printed jackets on silverboard with expanded liner notes."

2,500+ "demo" tracks available for sale, as a result of Rivers' web programming class final project. 😂

I bought a few of them, and some are good and fully formed songs, and others are 30 second memos of like half a riff and it's called "c'mon bitch"
