Thank you for slamming the Ed.D., which I am beginning in August. When I am busting my ass I am going to tell my professors to back the fuck off because I heard on a message board this shit isn't supposed to be academically challenging. :-*

Yeah, this makes little sense. Option A, buy it from their website for $27+ shipping/handling/etc; Option B, buy it from amazon for $25 with no shipping/etc (prime member); Option C, buy it from my local record store when it comes out. Option A only makes sense if there is color vinyl or some other incentive. Gonna go with Option C. It will probably be $30 but I'd rather give them the money.

It's also a little anticlimactic because there was such a huge gap in releases and (in my opinion) it's not close to the level of their other releases. It'd be kind of like Sunny Day Real Estate going from LP2 to The Rising Tide.

I sent Geis an e-mail today to specify that I ordered when there was still one color (the brown/blue) and mentioned that was definitely the variant I preferred. He said no problem and that he would put a note with my order. They are awesome and I've never had an issue with them in years of ordering.

Here is the story I got on the flippers, which were just the first two people, not four. 1. People behind them in line tipped off the staff that they were ebayers (no idea how they knew). 2. As soon as they came in, they grabbed baskets and split up, grabbing two of each release they came across, so they could exchange before checking out. Those both kinda seem like they could be innocent enough, but here is where the bs alarm goes off: 3. Dude asks for the Gorillaz 10". Owner asks him to tell him something about Gorillaz or name a band member. Dude cannot do it. 4. Dude asks for Bonnie Prince Billy release. Owner asks him who or what Bonnie Prince Billy is. Dude says "What do you mean? They're a band." 5. Owner again presses dude to name someone in Gorillaz (if you are a fan enough that you camped out to get this, you should be able to do that. Hell I know nothing of this band and know Damon Albarn is in the band). Dude gets panicky and looks at his wife, she cannot answer either. "Uh... Will.I.Am?" Owner promptly kicks them out, they don't argue, crowd erupts in applause.
