GITD version was sold on NB Homepage as exclusive. I guess it’s sold out by now.
Flight13 has the „clear“ US-Version and is selling 490 of it exclusively in Germany. So states today’s newsletter.

Germany’s Finest Live Band - the Punk Hardcore Powerhouse SMOKE BLOW releases their last “CD only” Release on Vinyl. Two options to choose from. Black or Orange. Both limited to 350 copies. “Demolition Room” (Name of their Rehearsal space!) is a Best-of-Live-Album containing ONLY classics e.g. “Dancing with the Dead”, “Alligator Rodeo”, “Zombie auf’m Klapprad” and 11 more hits. SMOKE BLOW released 7 fan-fucking-tastic albums (last one in 2009) during their active existence - but keep gigging on a regular basis throughout Germany.

My additional „Foggy blue“ came without a cover - so I assume all additional ones (or replacements) came w/out a. cover.
