  1. Same. Only have his earlier work in my collection currently. Will have to check it out. Hahaha didn't every American artist regardless of genre do this in the 70s 😆
  2. Former Teenage Wrist lead singer Kamtin Mohager's new project Heavenward releasing debut album Pyrophonics. Out on Fever LTD. June 6th. Pre-order links below: /100 Foam Green Splatter/White /150 Solid Foam Green https://justmer.ch/collections/heavenward BTW does anyone else think it's funny that the first single from the album has same name as the first single from Teenage Wrist's first album post Kam? Lol quite ironic coincidence imo
  3. Was my exact thoughts too. I thought we agreed earlier in the thread to let whatever spawned within the 'TIDVERSE to come about without quick judgment! C'mon lads, don't lose faith!!
  4. Puciato on vox and Putney with Jordan? Plus Mitch an Goose? Yes please
  5. 1000% yes. A boxset with some extras and a tour would be so cool
  6. As of now, the only two divisions of the company that remain are the toys and records divisions. But insiders tell TheWrap it’s unclear how long those divisions will remain as part of the Funko portfolio. I swear to god, if somehow Mondo goes under before releasing the That Thing You Do! OST...
  7. Superbloom (Brooklyn, NY) releasing new album Life's a Blur on June 8th. Independent release in the US limited to 300 copies between 2 variants: https://superbloom.bandcamp.com/album/lifes-a-blur /100 180G ORANGE VINYL LP ($30) /200 180G BLACK VINYL LP ($25) Singles so far:
  8. Mindset? Personally I can afford it. At the same time, I don't find it respectful or in anyway cool to have to talk about that side of things. I think it's pretty obvious that within the vinyl collector and vinyl hi-fi world there are drastically varying gaps of wealth. I'm not here to argue with people about what a commodity/good/service should or shouldn't cost. If I can afford it and I want it, I will buy it. If I'm unable to afford it, then I wont. Case-and-point being the recent Linkin Park 20th Anniversary of Meteroa coming up. Regardless of anyone personal opinions about LP or nu-metal in general, that album was a game changer in my life musically and as a musician. The Live in Texas CD/DVD was everything to me in 2004. So when the anniversary was upcoming, I was so excited that they may be pressing that live album for the first time ever on vinyl (officially). And low and behold they did...except they decided to only include it with the 'Super Deluxe' bundle version for.. $200. That made me quite sad, because that album is all i need. And though, yes, I was a bit peeved in the thread, I simply said: "The fact that they didnt include the Live In Texas 2xLP in the 'vinyl boxset' is a bit upsetting. But alas, looks like I will be dropping $200+ at some point to get the super deluxe as Live In Texas is one of my grails..." It is what it is. This shit shouldnt be that important to us man
  9. My friend, I could careless whether it's "justifiable". Justification is primarily relative anyway. Is it justifiable by your terms? Doubtful. Seems literally every release on this god damn site isn't by the way your recent activity/comments from other posts read... If you're no longer into paying for the crack, then simply quit and let the rest of us addicts use in peace
  10. While I consider myself in the camp of those who actually look forward to all the extra with this one, I completely agree. Every time this album gets a repress it sells out. Might as well print money if it was me
  11. Southern Weather boxset just announced on Aaron's instagram. Street date is 7/15/23. Includes: 1LP Studio Album (Cloudy Red) 1LP Acoustic Album (Pinwheel) 1LP Demos Album (Opaque Orange) /1000 $85 https://shop.revolvermag.com/products/the-almost-southern-weather-collection-3lp-limited-edition-colored-vinyl
  12. Sure wish I needed this, pretty press for sure. Wish they'd repress Kids In The Street
  13. Haha, I'm def bothered to a certain degree. It's just starting to get old the comments on every single thread about it.
  14. I have no idea why I read through the old posts from this thread just now, but found this one quite hilarious given the current vinyl production/supply chain climate hahahahahaha 😅
  15. I have a copy too, but I still "need" this 😅because of the two unreleased songs! Grabbed the pinwheel!
  16. God damnit, missed the "lighterless" variant. Oh well, grabbed the other. Absolutely love this album. Had found a copy at my local shop during RSD Black Friday last year when they released a ton of used records.
  17. New 3-song EP Right After I Smoke This... from Webbed Wing announced. Available to stream now and the 7" pre-order is up at Memory Music's site: https://www.memory-music.net/products/739104-webbed-wing-right-after-i-smoke-this-ep (mid-to-early March ETA) Also they're repressing WW's first two albums and expect them in May. You can bundle the new 7" plus both represses for only $52 (same link above) but will have to wait for the 7" until May if you do it that way.
  18. Exactly. I thought I read somewhere that it was in Playtones court now for some reason. Idk it doesn't make sense to me. If the test presses are done/approved. Then that means money was already in the budget for the press. Literally it would be like printing money. I swear these majors careless about printing money and more about finding the next big thing.
