I realize in this day and age this type of behavior is deemed problematic and toxic, but it sounds like he was just shit housed and intentionally trolling the crowd for his own amusement. That would be cool, my vinyl copy of the demos sounds like trash lol. I would actually love to see them do something like "reimagined' versions of some of the songs from the album and slapping them on the same record as the acoustic songs.

All I'm is that given Turnstile is on a major, they get over a million monthly Spotify listeners, and this record instantly sells out everywhere it's available, it's pretty reasonable to assume they'll at least do 2 or so more rounds of pressings of it lol

This is a super popular/high demand album from Roadrunner Records, there will absolutely be more pressings of it. Given how abhorrently popular record collecting is these days I wouldn't be surprised if represses are already ordered and just sitting on some pressing plant's seemingly endless queue.

I expect all records I buy to look 15% like the mock up and am genuinely surprised when they actually do. The only thing that pisses me off about buying records in the year of our lord 2022 is the insanely high prices for single disc releases. Fuckin' inflation.

Isn't there a dispute option that's specifically for "incorrect or missing item(s)" or something along those lines? If the automated system has already closed the case you don't have any other choice but to call PayPal and explain the situation. You should also consider using a credit card to fund PayPal transactions that are with independent sellers to get another layer of protection.

I threw my copy on while packing for a trip and while I wasn't listening intently I did notice that it sounded kinda bad, like a Bluetooth speaker that's battery is about to start dying. My wife insisted it sounded fine. Haven't had a chance to dig into it more but hopefully it's just a dirty record and this pressing isn't messed up. The digital audio sounds great.

The last song on this record kicks ass.

Whereas I enjoy Joyce Manor and this new song kicks ass, I don't think I've bought any of their records since Never Hungover Again due to the cost of admission/minutes of music ratio. I would like this (and all their other albums) on cassette, preferably on one 90min tape. Twice.

I agree with this, although I'd swap SOS with AS.

I've been looking for the indie retail variant online, although I've found it for retail cost there are a surprisingly high number of shops selling it at a $10 - $15 mark up. Guess in world where people/shops sell /7000 standard black copies of Turnstile - Glow On for $50+ it's to be expected.

I may be in the minority here but I think Handwritten is a great album and think whatever they do next will more than likely be more similar to that than to Sink or Swim.
