There are a lot of these in stores still. I think I saw about 5 last time. Some with numbers in 400s and some in 1000s. They raised the price from 24.99 to 27.99 though.

I saw Long Drive at Newbury comics the other day but I didn't buy it because I've never heard the album. I might listen to it now and try to grab one later.

How long does it usually take to process and ship? I placed an order Saturday night but was expecting something to be sent via email today. I was gonna wait til I got the package to see if I want to order again but I might have to just place another order before the end of the sale

I got lucky & found two turntables at a thrift store. Got a Sanyo TPXIS for $10 and just recently a Kenwood KD-2RR for $15. I've been using the Sanyo for about 4 months now with no problems, didn't have to replace anything - just had to buy a phono preamp (Behringer PP400). There's an Audio Technica cartridge on the Sanyo. I tested the Kenwood and it works fine, but have no desire to use it because there isn't a pitch control. I don't have enough room to set two up either. But it's still nice to find vintage equipment in working condition. I should prepare myself for the day my needle breaks. What would be a good replacement cartridge?

I've been having shit luck with records recently but I just bought this today while I was in Newbury Comics and I must say it's definitely one of the best records I own. It sounds incredible. Maybe because it wasn't on the shelf long enough to get tossed back and forth but there was nothing wrong with either side...it was a smooth ride...I'm thoroughly pleased.

No problem! Not sure where you live, but there is one in Salem, NH which is pretty much on the border of Massachusetts. Right next to Methuen, MA.

This is my first RSD as well. But I went to this link http://www.bullmoose.com/c/12467/black-friday-record-store-dayand read about it. One section states: "Requests Until close of business on 10/24, local customers may request up to two items. We will do our best to have them for you on Black Friday. These are limited editions, so we can't guarantee that we will be able to fill all requests." Soon as I read that I called my local bullmoose store and requested those two titles. So I don't think this applies to any record store. Across the street from the bullmoose I go to there is a Newbury Comics as well so I feel like I'm going to be broke come December.

I just went ahead and called my local bullmoose because you can reserve up to 2 there. I reserved Gov't Plates and the Dead Walk. By the sounds of it, I should be getting those titles because the girl over the phone said she was ordering them for me. But we'll see. I'm going to take my chances with getting the Korn record at 8 am.

Last month a local record shop that I go to stumbled upon a radio station's collection of records and there was a lot of 80's punk in it. Long story short I ended up getting lucky and bought a bunch of original pressings, unfortunately the covers are messed up. I scored The Dead Milkmen - Big lizard in my backyard for $5. I didn't know who they were, just liked the cover so I think I want the repress because it's one of the records I play most.. But I definitely want to get Death Grips, Korn and The Acacia Strain.

Yeah I got that email from amazon last week saying they were still trying to locate the item. I ignored the message and finally yesterday I checked out my orders and it said that there was an item awaiting my approval. I scroll down and there's a message asking if I still want the item, so I hit approve. Next day money is taken out and I get a shipping confirmation, now it's out for delivery and I should have it soon. So to anyone that ordered on amazon. Check the order status page and make sure you hit approve to get the record because if you ignore the message I think they'll cancel it after a certain amount of time. Hope this helps!

I went to high school with these people in Lowell, MA haha Lyndsey's brother was my friend...I saw them at warped tour this year though..., they're really good and managed to gather the biggest crowd for the stage they were on.

Yeah after a few more listens I couldn't handle the cracks during jelly bones .. Called the store to find out they had only one left in their chain so they called the store that had it and was able to get it shipped to the store I bought it from. If they weren't able to get the last pink swirl I would have ended up with the 180g as an exchange but I probably would have just kept the pink swirl for art at that point

There are visible scratches, it looks like a needle danced around the one affected area. I'll clean it but I'm sure they will still be there. I just hate returnig records but I mean I guess I'm paying for a new product right?

Looks great. Currently listening to it and there are scratches already on the record that plays through the last 30 seconds of Seaghost and the start of Jellybones. Kinda pissed, because I feel like this happens with most the record I purchase from bullmoose. Should I return it? What would you do?
