I grabbed a couple extras of TBP if anyone needs a copy. Can do local meet ups in Toronto or ship them if anyone wants to pay for shipping from Canada.

Hey man, i'm really sorry if this sent the wrong message. We have a few "damaged" copies of Guardians that we are going to put in the pop up shop... we are waiting on replacement jackets for the ones that we want to send to customers as mint condition. I promise you we aren't sitting on stuff we aren't sending to customers. Please send me a message if you want to discuss further.

Yeah, I was there earlier today talking to Trevor about it. The higher than normal in-store prices are primarily due to the fact that he doesn't sell by volume like Sonic Boom/Kops/Rotate This/etc. He relies more on people seeking out rarities and niche stuff to cover his overhead costs. He isn't looking to expand either, so he's kind of limited in terms of sell/display space. Admittedly I've probably over-paid a bit for a couple rare things there, but the convenience factor alone makes up for it.
He also runs Paper Bag Records, so he's got experience with e-commerce and thus why he launched the online shop.
Personally, I'll stick with Rotate for new stuff as they usually have the lowest prices in town (I'd also give them the edge in terms of general used stuff too), but TRS isn't a bad alternative; especially for east-enders like me.

Old thread, but I figured I'd post a few updates:

    - Sonic Boom has merged locations and moved to Spadina just north of Queen: http://sonicboommusic.com/

    - Kops Records has opened a second location on Bloor near Bathurst: http://kopsrecords.ca/kops-on-bloor/

    - For east-enders like me, there's a new place called the Tiny Record Shop on Queen East near Broadview: http://tinyrecordshop.com/

    - June Records has opened up in Little Italy on College near the Mod Club: http://junerecords.ca/

    - Neurotica on Queen recently moved to Mirvish Village and will be apparently opening soon: https://www.facebook.com/Neurotica77/photos/a.596548587048102.1073741827.174487869254178/758952150807744/

    - You can add Zoinks on Bloor between Ossington and Dufferin: http://zoinks.ca

    - Grasshopper Records has opened up near Dundas and Ossington (beside the Garrison): https://www.facebook.com/GrassRecords

    - Hits and Misses closed in the fall of 2012

    Hope this has been useful!

Never really cared much for GTA the game but yeah for 75 bones, that's definitely good. I'll be passing on it still though. I would definitely love Rockstar to repress Read Dead Redemption though:
