  1. If anyone got the Richard Hell demos and wants to trade for Neon Christ let me know!
  2. I was bummed to see you guys had closed last time I came through Denton! Doc's in Ft. Worth is my favorite in the area. I rarely have any luck at any of the stores in Dallas.
  3. The colored copies came later. First press was black (with the joke in the booklet about the orange put in by Hayes to mess with people).
  4. Yeah. Just gotta use the chat and ask for it and then it'll appear as an option.
  5. No catch. Just go on there and create an account. You only pay for what you buy. To get the simple export rate you just have to open the chat bubble and ask them to put it on your account (takes two seconds), then it'll show up as an option when picking your service. By far the cheapest international rates.
  6. If it auto charged that means you have your shipping policy set that way. Change it to whatever you want or don't have one so you can can invoice them after they place the order (until their new policy change starts, of course). Also, just guesstimate the weight and use discogs shipping or Pirate Ship's simple export rate or paypal... or anything but go to the post office! Unless you don't have a printer at home you're throwing away money doing that. International rates go by 1/2 lb then 2lb. Up to 2 LPs will fall under 2lb so just put 2lb. They don't check or care if you put the exact correct weight. If you had used discogs or PayPal instead of going to the post office that shipment would have cost you $21.42. With Pirate Ship is goes down to $17.95. And for domestic, Media goes by the pound. I don't have a scale and I ship shit all the time with no issues.
  7. I've always bought records just cause I love records, and I also have stocks and property and shit. But if the Discogs collection value tally has taught me something it's that my records have actually been my best (accidental) investment (as far as return vs money put in). I personally think it's dumb to look at it as an investment, but if we're being real, I would do very well if I sold all my records today. My stocks and house haven't grown 5x to 10x in value in the past decade, but my Misfits 7"s certainly have.
  8. Two rarest colors already sold out... https://xtheband.bandcamp.com/album/alphabetland
  9. Can you point out the spots where you hear the overdubs?
  10. If he only knew how much worse it would get... https://www.discogs.com/Tumor-Circus-Take-Me-Back-Or-Ill-Drown-Our-Dog/release/911293
  11. I don't know, this shit is hooks supreme compared to a lot of songs on Green Star. I'll gladly take your portions...
  12. Man, I still can't believe they actually tried to pass off that dumb excuse... (the "fan" was Reprise and the stealing was them saying "this isn't good enough to release, go try again.")
  13. As a seller it’s definitely slow, but I’ve sold a few things. As a buyer I appreciate the sales they have. I’ve definitely snagged some great deals on their 20%-30% off weekends.
  14. As one of the dudes who recorded this album I agree about "No Case"! For those worried, it's not indicative of the rest of the record (just like "Take What I Want" on the last EP). I think "All Of My Love" is my fav.
  15. I got mine a couple days ago. Best packing job I’ve ever gotten!
  16. Sealed? I’ve never heard of a test press being shrink wrapped.
