  1. Come on fuckers, make it available in the EU as well. What the hell, it's 2022. Edit: Available in Europe now too, hell yeah https://shopuk.thekillersmusic.com/*/*/Pressure-Machine-Deluxe-Vinyl/7LJ40000000
  2. Hope it's gonna be a white vinyl or splattered with white and black or something like that. @ntslash I think the prices are going to somewhat stay like that eve after the reissue. Leitmotif prices for the original didn't go down. Maybe because the sleeve of the old one is nicer and the cover doesn't say "20th anniversary", who knows.
  3. Got mine today, the packaging is surprisingly flimsy, surprising because the original is okay I guess but nothing special and quite thin as well, this one is even worse plus the design of the spine is really odd, the back and front basically split on the spine, the original is cleaner there design wise. So yeah, 40 bucks for this is quite a lot having it in hand now, and I was defending them making it this expensive because of the booklet etc. Hope the pressings of their next album, if it will eventually come out in 9 years will be on par with El Cielo and Pariah.
  4. BTW does anyone know if there will be a repress on the Master of Puppets deluxe box? I think they did one on Justice and I remember reading somewhere on here years ago that they would do one for Puppets, was wondering if anyone had any info on that, it's only available for over 1000 dollars atm, which is ridiculous.
  5. More Walmart Exclusives coming soon: https://www.metallica.com/news/2022-05-18-walmart-vinyl-round-two.html
  6. My brown copy has a cross cursor on it, it's not an accident. Probably about how the digital age comes in the way of connecting with a piece of art and a shared humanity, one of the themes AF has been talking about since Reflektor.
  7. My god... it's their best album since The Suburbs, totally in love with it. It's a shame my brown pressing cracks and pops all the way through, gonna get a black, a blue and picture disc pressing the coming days, hopefully one of those will sound good.
  8. Incredible song. I'm so happy they seem to be on track again after EN, they seem to have kind of found again what made them great in the first place, which most bands don't seem to be able to do. Looking forward to this album most of any coming out this year.
  9. They should have made a black restock of the soundtrack instead of repressing the coloured version
  10. Got one, hell yeah, was worried because I missed it going live by five minutes, gonna be great alongside the initial colored sketchbook release!
  11. Awesome, then I can cancel my white copy, the marbled fits so much better. This is not amazon exclusive btw, it says indie exclusive at multiple stores in Germany: HHV: https://www.hhv.de/shop/de/artikel/arcade-fire-we-indie-exclusive-marbled-brown-vinyl-edition-904361v1?f_lco=453054519&f_scp=11&gclid=Cj0KCQjw29CRBhCUARIsAOboZbJIi6xIDDzjzt9lVS8YM_OHeGcENYy20DpAFesz4L-6Si4xAPjIOJYaAncyEALw_wcB Flight 13: https://www.flight13.com/arcade-fire-we-indie-exclusive-marble-brown/146349
  12. Definitely Chemistry... I remember so clearly listening to EN on the first day it came out and just being shocked that AF actually made a song like that. For me everything they had ever done up until that point was pure gold, including Reflektor which has some rough spots for me personally (hctnt, normal person). Peter Pan took literally years for me to get used to, that's being followed by the awful Chemistry and that by esentially half a song that has been divided into 2 songs, basically giving you 2 one-quarter songs, followed by the weakest single... God God Damn after that is amazing. But just the entire middle section of the album being so dull has kept me from ever listening to the album in it's entirety again since 2017, which is something I would have never expected to happen from one of my 3 favourite bands. That album was genuinely heart breaking for me.
  13. Nah, this song sounds more like old AF that anything since Suburbs. Lightning sounds like Reflektor and Funeral had a baby, with the Funeral half being dominant. It sounds more like AF than Everything Now which as a whole album was absolute dogshit with the exception of the first singles and 1,2 other songs.
  14. Signed Print: https://store-us.arcadefire.com/ Shame that there is no exclusive color, the cover artwork would have given so much potential for splattered or swirl color variants. Limited Indie White Vinyl UK: https://www.banquetrecords.com/arcade-fire/we/19439971222 Resident: https://www.resident-music.com/productdetails&product_id=88782 US: https://parkavecds.com/UPC/194399712511 Germany: https://www.jpc.de/jpcng/poprock/detail/-/art/arcade-fire-we/hnum/10892882 The new song sounds amazing and very promising:
  15. Hope this one's gonna be better than the absolute turd that was their last album. I still don't understand why they haven't kept their old producer Jacob Hellner who produced all of their stuff until LIFAD, this guy really knew how to get the magic out of that band. Since they have started to work with Olsen Involtini they sound like every other generic industrial metal band.
  16. Got the Rogue One box, It would be so cool if Mondo did every SW film and future TV series soundtracks, and continue with Mando as well
  17. Fuck yes. I was hoping theid do Mando Season 2 next, but I'd love if they tackeled the Saga soundtracks, there needs to be a box set of all 9 films or individual releases, about time imo
  18. Cheaper for Europeans: https://eu.kingsroadmerch.com/fleet-foxes/
  19. I love how people complain about paying 70 dollars with shipping for an album that was previously only available for 400 dollars, without a booklet at that. If you guys would have seen an OG black copy for 70 bucks on ebay you would have bought it immediately. I mean, yeah, it is over-priced, but we're talking about the same band where the bassist sells the records on his own website for triple the price a few months after they sell out.
  20. Interesting...judging from Leitmotif taking already more than 6 months to come out I won't count on that being released any time soon though 🥴 but one can still hope. Same goes for the new album, I thought earlier this year they'd maybe do a pre-order this winter but now I can't see them releasing anything new earlier than 2023 - especially if this Vault release is an actual thing and they have to do all kinds of artwork/mastering/package design for that. The first and second CWA pressings took months to sell out each...months. And those are only around 1000 copies per version. I have a feeling that this band is not as big anymore as a lot of fans think, the fact that CWA took so long to sell out a few years ago really surprised me, because that was the one record a lot of people wanted to see happening, even those who don't listen to the rest of their catalogue, and it still was available for a long time. So I wouldn't worry about the "limited" part of this new release. It's going to be limited enough.
