I thought so too but my Mac mini hasn't been too bad so far. Handles Portal okay. Get a 360 or PS3 or other blutooth controller and sync it. I'm using a Wii remote with classic controller. Unless you are more into the big crazy graphics type stuff then nope.

If not a big gamer, check out the Steam sale right now. Some killer deals on little and bigger titles. I just got some of the cheap fun ones. When I get a system I usually play maybe 2 series on it so I dont want to do it anymore.

I would rather put this in a new thread but will post here just for people who actually use the search function. Don't use the Audioquest brush! Unless you want fibers in the grooves of your records and probably scratches them too. Audioquest "anti static" brush is a worthless piece of shit. Sure some get lucky with one that isn't but it shouldn't be that way. Also I'm pretty sure that many of these cheap brushes that look like this are the same shit with different names put on them. Now what? Unfortunately I have read some have bad experience with the Hunt E.D.A brushes not being made as well as they were.

Oh wow it is now official that the Audioquest antistatic brush is a piece of useless shit. Doesn't do anything for static but also lodges it's shedding hairs into grooves. Sort of removes fluff and dust.

Oh they have real ones now? Before I think it was just a mix of flavors from when they changed flavors in the machine.

Also not worth nearly that much.

This has happened to me a lot lately with random youtube stuff and the cat gifs and Kung Fury etc. Just got the most static charged record yet. Hopefully it didnt get damaged just taking it out of its paper sleeve.

After a few nice days here it looks like its going to be cool and overcast today but its still early. And neighbors have started really moving in now and I haven't been putting any tunes on for a few days because I'm so bummed. Maybe today should be the day I put on some stuff and see how it goes. I'm not really one to blast the stereo but this place has shitty walls and sound travels badly. Doesn't help that my vintage speakers are a bit booming but I turn the bass down. I'm actually starting to want shitty weather just because it helps with static and that just seems crazy. I suck at being assertive but I think posting online only vents a little compared letting those involved know about it. Seems like they know already and dont care in Thomas' situation but just saying the thread would be good in a way but not in that way. Could be useful for getting people fired from jobs they hate like Juan said.
