I bought it during the last sale, and as a fairly advanced Minecraft player, I was also baffled when I tried to play. Where and how to place things didn't feel intuitive and I gave up after 15 minutes without ever going back. I'm probably going to get SpeedRunners. There was an Achievement Hunter Let's Play awhile ago and it looked like tons of fun.

I'll have to go back and watch Stardust. I bailed after that atrocious Battle Royal. It seemed like there were a lot of awkward spots last night. The Usos going up off that ladder was a little strange looking. Bo Dallas also didn't get over to the corner in time when he was eliminating RVD and it looked really bad. And I didn't watch the Cena match but by all accounts the AA onto the stretcher was bogus.

This rules. I appreciate all of the input and will really go through and digest it after work today. As far as everyone suggesting being involved as much as possible, I'll be quitting my job and becoming a stay at home dad. My girlfriend still has another year of nursing school left and if I worked, we'd probably just barely be able to afford daycare so it just makes sense to stay home. We have a bunch of money saved up for it. Congrats to all of the other new or expecting parents as well! She was on birth control and still getting light periods. Never had any morning sickness or any other obvious symptoms, and even then you wouldn't correlate most early symptoms with pregnancy if you aren't expecting it. I'm honestly kind of relieved it worked out this way. I had told her before that my biggest worry with having a baby would be my anxiety that the baby be unhealthy but we got to see an ultrasound pretty much as soon as we found out and the doctor said he's perfectly healthy!

A couple months ago my girlfriend of 8 years and I found out she was unexpectedly 5 months pregnant, so I will be starting on the journey of fatherhood in September. I've never seen one but sorry if a thread exists for this already. I just figured I'd make a catch all thread to talk about parenting stuff. I'm the first of my friends to have a baby so it's tough not having another new/contemporary parent to talk to about stuff. I'd be particularly interested in hearing about invaluable resources or resources I might not know about concerning raising a kid. The old lady and I are pretty excited. Even though we weren't expecting a baby at the moment, we had agreed we would have kids in the future. It's just a little nerve wracking to feel so unprepared all of the time.

I actually really like that Big E v Rusev match. It was pretty brutal.

I've been slowly working this album into my current rotation to let it grow on me. Today I sat down with the lyrics and gave it a close listen. Though I already liked it, it really clicked with me to the point where I could see myself loving it more than The Cosmic Drama, which is my favorite album ever. No other band even comes close to engaging me lyrically as much as Weatherbox does.

As cool as it is to hate everything post-Pinkerton, I checked to see where Keep Fishin' was ranked as it's probably my favorite song after Pinkerton. Seeing it at 25 seems about right. I'm not too familiar with the unreleased stuff but the rest of the top 30 was fairly solid, though Pork and Beans where it was is a stretch.

When I started my first band, our only aspiration was to get posted on Chuglife. This was in '08 or '09. We never were.

I got a burr grinder and a pour over a few months ago and have been trying a bunch of different varieties to figure out what I like. The last batch I picked up was from Kenya. I'm not completely sure what I'm into yet but in general I'd say I'm more drawn to acidic, citrus-y coffee as opposed to what is typically described as chocolaty or dark fruit tasting. Anyone else really like a little cinnamon in their coffee? I make a blend of sugar and cinnamon that I use.
