I definitely mocked her for a full day but I'll give her credit as she actually owns a turntable. 

Got my replacement for the Epitaph exclusive in today. I was actually confused because I didn’t have anything on my pre-order sheet from KRM.
It’s just a pink/yellow mix like the 7” is. It’s fine. Honestly the original looks better. I’m waiting for the original woman that complained to complain about this one too.

Same as the majority of you all. At points in 2023 I had 30+ pre-orders open in my spreadsheet. It’s now at 5 and I haven’t purchased a record in a few months. I’m at 1,000 records, and maxing out my office.
 
I’m about 65% of the way through an A-Z listen of all my records. When that’s done, I’ll likely be selling a huge chunk, which will take me a longggg time. When that happens I might grab a list of neo-classical and ambient releases I’ve wanted for a while but didn’t feel had a place in my current collection.
 
As for where I listen to music, I buy things in bandcamp and stream from a Plex server I run. Plexamp is a legit great app that’s better than Spotify in some ways.

Distil is pretty instantaneous & works on pretty much any website (if you've got it set to checking every couple seconds or so), but it also is constantly opening and closing new tabs in the background which is maybe a little annoying

Did Frank just play the long-game of creating years of scarcity and then dropping an open pre-order at a really high price that nobody’s really gonna say no to? If so, bravo. 

I keep wanting to know if bands are going to do this lol. If they did a 10th or 20th anniversary of an album, are they going to do it again 10 years later?

I saw the album in full in 2014 for the tour with Saves the Day and Reggie and the Full Effect. Then in 2018 when they played the 3 albums over 2 nights. I'm good skipping this one. I figured they had toured this album in full enough times. $$$

I feel like you’re right, but it has its purpose in my eyes. Part of the write up talks about how despite the bands being sonically very different, they’re cut from the same cloth. I think having the tracks that are very FOH tracks and some that are NOTHING tracks clarifies that. It feels like a calm after the storm. The noise and rumbling is gone, but the same despair and dread can be there as you seek to rebuild.

I don't think anything. Just a new pressing to put it in print again. Someone on discogs said it sounded a little better than past pressings. I just got my first copy at the show so I have nothing to compare it to.

To go back on these weird shipping prices: since they only allowed this USPS 2lbs and no other option such as priority: if they ship it media uninsured and it's damaged: you can absolutely file a claim for them refusing to sell you insurance on your package. Just something to keep in mind.
 
Also the fact they have no FAQ page or policy page that I can find is totally insane. This mega 10+ companies group is a mess.

Oh I’m saying I’ll just go for the all 3 bundle and sell Hot Damn! At price.
