Someone on here asked for offers for a record I really wanted once. When I made one I felt was reasonable, he was a total dick about it, saying it was a joke and he was just going to ebay it.
Well, it ended maybe a dollar more than I had offered. And in what wasn't my classiest move to date, I pointed it out in the thread. He then spent the next few months smiting me relentlessly.
Good times on VC. If you ask for offers, don't be THAT GUY.

Anybody ever been to a HUGE concert, at like an outdoor amphitheater, and seen the sweet-ass phenomenon of 10,000+ people trying to clap along, when many of them are far enough back for there to be an audible delay of the beat of the song? I think I wouldn't be able to not laugh if I was watching that from the stage. Probably couldn't see it, anyway.

Well I'm no lawyer and laws can vary by state, but it occurs to me that because she regularly deals in these products and it doesn't perform as it should, that this would fall under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code and should be covered under the implied warranty of merchantability.
But what the fuck do I know, I'm just some asshole on the internet.
