  1. I'm not surprised at all - it was just 300 pressed in 2017 but that still reduces how many may want to buy it now. Also, more importantly, $27 for a 3-song 12" is ridiculous.
  2. new Echo Ladies https://echoladies.bandcamp.com/album/lilies-lp https://www.ramalama.se/store/echo-ladies-lilies-12 (roughly $34 shipped to US after conversion)
  3. And someone asked on IG and he said "there are no current plans" for the albums to be pressed individually. It could happen eventually but don't plan on it.
  4. Saw it confirmed on his IG - this is the only purchase option, no US seller So, it's $500 for the box set + $100 shipping Love his work, want these albums on vinyl, but no. That's obscene for just 7 albums.
  5. Sort of - there is a window for swapping that month's record before the selection is locked, and you can see on the site all the other records they've made available to choose from for that month. Anything in the store that is still up for pre-order is not available for swapping, and it's always a guessing game if/when certain store exclusives will be added to the swaps availability. You can also swap for store credit if there's nothing in the swap selections you want. I don't spend much time on Reddit, but there's a user who kindly highlights every month the 'best' records for swapping, since many of them are less expensive to just purchase separately.
  6. The other new stuff is unique to the box, but they are selling the 2x LP On Avery Island separately https://mergerecords.com/product/on_avery_island https://neutralmilkhotel.bandcamp.com/album/on-avery-island
  7. Originally intended as 15th Anniversary releases, the pandemic got in the way. Now, for two stalwarts of the early 00's Seattle scene, both albums available on vinyl for the first time ever. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-divorce-slender-means-on-vinyl--2/x/2033243#/
  8. I bought it on Bandcamp, too; looks like the latest shipping estimate is late January
  9. To absolutely nobody's surprise, they were unprepared for the amount of interest, and didn't have enough to go around. My shop was allocated only one (and I was #2 to order it; bought the book alone). I suspect that's what happened to most. Pre-orders are open now for a 2nd press in Feb, but no word on how many. https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/AUG218745
  10. Quiet Panic sent out an update through Bandcamp on Thursday - "Just to keep everyone in the loop, we've experienced some production delays with both the Tennis System & Slow Crush LPs. We hope to have them out to you soon, but it looks like it will be at least a few more weeks, if not longer. We apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as we have a firm date for shipping." (and I keep a spreadsheet for pre-orders, too, including a column for street date and a column for notes like this)
  11. That's not entirely true - now that the album is released, I'm able to listen to the entire album there
  12. I pre-ordered through Bandcamp and the digital is up https://tennissystem.bandcamp.com/
  13. I contacted RT about the same last week and got back a rather nonsensical reply - "We've been experiencing ongoing shipping issues this year, my sincere apologies that these problems have affected your order. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan their items at every stop so keep an eye on the tracking information. If you do not receive your record one month after the initial shipment date, please reach back out. My apologies again and thank you for your patience." My guess is that none of the S-K records have actually shipped yet but between getting the new shop open and then RSD, they're overwhelmed. I was expecting to hear back that they were in the same situation as just about every other artist/label/shop and hadn't received the records yet due to the worldwide plant backup.
  14. Free shipping with Merge, Peak vinyl is High Noon Somewhere Blue https://www.mergerecords.com/product/dark_in_here Bundle with jigsaw puzzle and Pogs https://www.mergerecords.com/store/bundle/656 Spotify exclusive - black vinyl, 12"x12" lithograph https://www.mergerecords.com/product/dark_in_here_sff
  15. Digital-only (for now?), but really enjoying the new EP from Milly Wish Goes On
  16. Hammerbox, a female-fronted "grunge" band from Seattle in the early 90's Some reels were found in the singer's basement, songs that had never been released, now being pressed to 7" https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/hammerbox-unreleased-songs-on-vinyl#/
  17. They had a US store up for their last album (wolfalicestore.com), but it's been taken down since. RCA is pretty decent-sized, and is also owned by Sony, so you'd think they'd provide more US support than this. At least the black vinyl is reasonably priced...
  18. They sent out an update back on the 9th (and at https://softkillsoftkill.bigcartel.com/preorder-info). TLDR version - the pressing plant is working at half-capacity, and they pre-printed everyone's label for when they do receive the records
  19. Still pricey, but for U.S., some copies available through Bandcamp https://fleetingjoys1.bandcamp.com/album/despondent-transponder
  20. Yeah, I was sure Best Coast would be the most difficult (got one from Zia), but can't find Uncle Tupelo anywhere
  21. I bought Besides and Joke from Juno, and they arrived within a few weeks. It looks like both Hubcap and Dog & Pony are available.
