So I was trying to win the AOTU year 3 box set that was on ebay but I got wrapped up in transformers 2 and forgot to place a final bid. If anyone has this set, it is the last thing I need to finish off my AJJ collection so please help me out.

Alirght. I made a thread about 2 months ago trying to find out all the info I could about this. Thanks to some cool people on the board I now have all the pressings I know exist (minus tests.) If you have any info about the pressings like numbers or other variants I would love to know. I'm posting pictures of each pressing and what I believe it is called color wise. Besides the black they all have some marble to them so keep that in mind. If you disagree or know of another color please let me know and then sell it to me Any help would be appreciated and sorry to go all completionist on you. Blue: I think this one was called Blue/ Purple on VC. But I dont see any purple at all. Standard black. First press although someone mentioned there may be more first press colors but I havent heard anything else about those Gold: Apparently there are only 5 or 6. Its almost completely translucent minus the marble streaks Red: Its looks pretty opaque to me. Magenta: Not as opaque as the "purple" but still pretty hard to see through. Opaque Purple: Has alot more of a faded-whitish purple to it (if that made sense) It is completely opaque Brown: Fairly transparent. Looks sort of like the gold but much darker color Teal: Almost baby blue in color. Opaque. Green: Not completely opaque but close. ...and here is the whole family photo PS: Someone on df had theirs listed as black marble. Anyone know about this one?
