I recently went to Anthony Green's concert and noticed a guy that brought his Avalon vinyl album cover to be signed. But it seemed relatively flimsy compared to a regular album sleeve, and I'm wondering if anyone else's Avalon album cover is somewhat flimsy as well? I've seen one that isn't so flimsy, so I'm confused to if one of them is a bootleg or if they are both legitimate

Thought I'd give my fellow Collective members info on a new Mestis album coming out Nov 6. Sadly the vinyl is schedule to ship by March 2016, but the current press is limited to 250 presses only. Giving you guys the heads up before it's possibly sold out. Definitely worth a listen.

Oh nice Blaine, I didn't know they were cheaper on their actual website. About the 5mil clarity, they are crystal clear, but I did notice the vinyl's that I kept standing outward, such as this: http://41.media.tumblr.com/4aba152ff9185f74c42a77fb1b122345/tumblr_np1847OyDG1rk8kgho1_500.jpg (property of Royce of VC), develop a little cloudyness but still stayed very clear, the rest remain very very clear. But all clear sleeves have the potential of getting hazy as they slide past another and scuff each other up over time. I also use diskeeper inner sleeves related to the ones Blaine linked. Sadly, you're goin' to have to get used to cloudy inner sleeves.

If you can spare the money, you could buy thicker outer sleeves and use your thinner sleeves as the inner sleeves for the vinyl, and the jacket separated from the vinyl but in the outer sleeve.. if that makes sense haha. I only keep the the original sleeves if they got somethin special goin' on with it . Keeps both my jackets and vinyl well off from standing on it's own weight, even my double LP's; and it's real nice quality.

I'm not sure really, aha. Some people say they believe to have bought a bootleg because the quality wasn't great, and popped often while they played it. But it could be just problems with some represses.. I'd just like to not be sold one of those
