Beware. My copy of Punisher showed up last week, really beat up, and they responded by offering a store credit but claim they will not replace items with cosmetic damage to the cover or sleeve. Guessing PayPal may think differently if a claim is filed through them, though.

I don't think I've ever seen US retailers carry Concerto titles. Edit: Nevermind, forgot about Madvillainy, but that was essentially just through Stones Throw outside the EU. So maybe Hyperdub will sell a few of the copies directly.

Once an order is in their system they give no shits how it got there.

That was just a mistake, not a gift. People have had multi-copy orders canceled/refunded and received no duplicate copies or gifts. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't actually a gift and it was just Sandbag being Sandbag.
