You should be good, as far as any defects not being due to the company buying defective merchandise. I playtested the other 3 records and they were fine. I hope you don't end up with a defective copy. Good luck.

That blows. On Discogs, I usually go with listings that are VG+ or NM with a description over the vague Mint/Mint with no additional info ones.

Update: they were super fast and helpful about arranging a return and covering return postage. And I've since learned that this pressing of the Talking Heads album has widespread skipping issues- so a heads up if you've been looking to buy the recent repress of Speaking on Tongues. Might be better to go for a used copy.
