Fix your order cancelation policy to allow for orders to be canceled even if it's been over 1 hour since placing the order (which is your current time limit) and increase your customer support quality to allow you to respond to order cancellation requests that come in immediately. I've requested to cancel orders within an hour of checking out only to receive a shipping confirmation two days later.
 
Currently, I'll only shop with you when the price is at least 30-40% cheaper than elsewhere and I make each order with the pre-acceptance that I may receive zero help or response if an order issue arises and I may need to resort to filing a claim.
 
Other than that, I'm happy with the mailers you use and the shipping speed. I currently have a pre-order of the Out of Time 3xLP reissue with you, waiting to go out in November. I appreciate the gesture of checking in and asking.

Flippers gobbling up copies is beneficial to a label/club to a certain extent, so far as it does not cause too much frustration to 'normal' consumers.  Instituting a 1 per person only rule would make 'normal' customers feel good but it would cause the label to lose a lot of sales on less desirable releases that are mainly propped up by the illusion of exclusivity.  Even with flippers being able to buy multiple copies, there are still low run releases (500-1,000) that don't sell out for a long time (and some never do).  Labels benefit from flipping as long as it doesn't anger their customers who miss out to the point that they lose them.

Been looking for a cheap copy of Hounds of Love for a while.  I found one at a local shop for $8.99 but there were loud clicks on the title track and I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger.  Since then, I've only seen the marble version a few times and it's been priced at $40+.

You make some great points.  Give me some time to absorb them and reconsider my positions on immigration, marriage, Planned Parenthood, female reproductive rights, education, and the environment.

It seems like there is some deeper baggage in play with some of those replies.  Sometimes I'll read things here that I think are dumb or wrong but I don't think I'd ever just let my eyes glaze over and launch into a profane monologue about how everyone is fake and insincere and doesn't really care.  That's something I'd be more likely to shout at my dad in a weird anxiety dream just before I lunge at him.
