(As a big Unwound fan) I'd say the bonus LPs for Kid is Gone and No Energy are worth it. The sound quality for the live shows are really good. The Faked Train demos LP for Rat Conspiracy I think you can skip. Even the album cover is pretty half assed compared to the other two.
