  1. Seriously give this a listen. It's beautiful from start to finish. These guys just get better and better with each release. https://signalhill.bandcamp.com/
  2. I remember both of you I posted on atpr as 'lobster'. I just frequent /r/postrock these days.
  3. Looking forward to getting this beast on vinyl. Not long now... As for the album itself; it's been a long while since I've been truly blown away by an album. This is the one for me. I've always liked pg.lost, and Key was a good album, but not great. I am struggling to find a flaw with 'Versus'. I've listened to it several times now in varying situations and it never fails to grab my attention and captivate me. It's one of those albums where if you do end up reading a negative review (like the one further up this page), you wonder how on Earth someone else can view it so differently! (FWIW, if there is a weak link on 'Versus', I agree it's the track 'Deserter). That said, everyone is entitled to an opinion, and I suppose it happens when a band changes their sound, and pg.lost certainly have evolved sonically from 'It's Not Me, It's You' - all the better for some like me, and for worse for others, in the case of omik. My AOTY for sure. This is such a good progression from the underwhelming 'Key' and a great link to their split with Wang Wen.
  4. Yeah I've skipped on the vinyl but got that sweet dark blue shirt. Looks amazing and nice price, too.
  5. More info here: http://signalhillmusic.com/2016/08/30/alturas-pre-order-new-music-new-merch-show/ Bandcamp store link: https://signalhill.bandcamp.com/ New song 'Metropolis' available to stream on both links above.
  6. You can stream first track 'Ikaros' on this Chinese website I randomly stumbled upon when looking for recent news/articles on the new album http://www.luoo.net/essay/762 I suspect it'll be the first single they release before the album drops. It's also available to pre-order and download on August 30th as a single over on 7digital
  7. On their bandcamp now, too: https://russiancircles.bandcamp.com/album/guidance So we can listen to Vorel/Mota/Afrika uninterrupted. Heaven!
  8. Good work! The end of that track sounds brutal in a way only pg.lost can manage. Hopefully it'll be one of the two songs they will premiere before the album release.
  9. I've listed some of the more sought after post-rock stuff I own on Discogs. I am a new trader on there but have sold on eBay many times with 100% feedback. I have proper vinyl packaging parcels, too. I'm quite paranoid with making sure stuff is packaged and shipped properly! Selling as I don't actually play them and I've moved house and I've realised I'm an adult and things cost money, bills, etc etc https://www.discogs.com/seller/SJV88/profile Some more stuff might appear on my seller page soon but the best stuff is already there
  10. Caspian - Dist and Disquiet signed test press http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Caspian-Dust-and-Disquiet-12-LP-SIGNED-TEST-PRESS-/252446091499? Selling as I don't really need it - I won it in a competition from Big Scary Monsters when I pre-ordered D&D. A very nice surprise but it deserves a more appreciative home. Apologies if the price is way too high. I didn't really know how to price this as it should be worth more than the standard limited vinyl, but not sure how much I can get for it - hence the options to make offers. If anyone has advice WRT pricing this sort of thing I'm all ears! Steve
