  1. it's clear you love what you do and put a lot of heart and soul into doing right. the negativity around this place astounds me...not much of a "community" at all
  2. pleasantly surprised by the album, i've really been enjoying it. it is what it is, they don't really tread any new ground but it's better than hide nothing IMO
  3. they did, they posted on facebook awhile back that "most" of the blue went to "record clubbers" ie white rot gut pledgers
  4. they also specifically said they were setting some of the blue aside for a future pledge campaign. this thing sounds great, but i'm still a little disappointed with the "deluxe" packaging.
  5. TRL blows me away again. sounds great too. i also don't think i have any other TRL single LP's that are gatefold. top notch total package here!
  6. if you did the pledge for the white vinyl of rot gut, i'm pretty sure they hooked you up first. i got a blue and i didn't pre-order until 12 hours or so after it went up. about the record itself, i'm a little underwhelmed with the quality of the final product for $28 shipped( flimsy sleeve, no insert etc) that being said, i know they had it mastered specifically for vinyl and i'm sure that's not cheap. so if the sound is great ,that will ease the pain a little bit. there's also no other group of musicians that i'd rather support....the packaging just seemed a little lacking to me. those of you that have it in your hands... thoughts?
  7. saw them a month or so back in jersey...first time i had seen them in awhile. despite the member changes etc., i still really enjoyed the live show very much.
  8. yes! that is "baby" i actually prefer this one. both great tho!
  9. yeah thats pretty lame. i dont know about this label...i regret ordering from them now. i should have just ordered the chromatics re-press from amazon. seems like they have slow/super-shitty/non-existant service
  10. thanks for posting this. just ordered. this record is so heartbreakingly gorgeous. been a huge fan since i heard this one and still listen regularly
  11. yeah they posted about it on their blog: The Elusive "Kill For Love" Repress Is Now Back In Stock. We Pressed Another 5,000 Copies On Rush From The Plant...They Rushed So Fast That They Pressed Them On Magenta. Remember, This Pressing Was Supposed To Be On Icey Blue Transparent Vinyl. Outer Package Sticker Says "Icey Blue Vinyl", But The Records Are In Fact Magenta. We'll Fix It On The Next Pressing.
  12. vinyl tracklisting: 1.Plumage 2.Capsule 3.Pique 4.Baton 5.Heavy is as Heavy Does 6.Skintercourse 7.One Horse 8.Giftshoppe 9.Baby 10.Tantalus 11.Don't mess with latexas 12.Peace out
  13. this. i would maybe consider picking this up if it were on sale somewhere down the road. but yeah i have no complaints with the RTI press i have either.
  14. i'll update when i'm home as i dont recall the exact order off the top of my head, but there are 2 totally unique tracks and one of them is all of side D. and the order is slightly different. One horse is bumped up several places.
  15. great album, i love how the vinyl release is totally different that the digtal release. i love it when bands do that with the LP version!
  16. can't wait to hear this. i thought they fell of the face of the earth and yes i agree, isome earlimart vinyl is long overdue
  17. . awful?? that's pretty harsh. what did you expect?.....it sounds EXACTLY like him playing live. haha you must've like cardinalogy well enough to use one it's songs for your username
  18. i'm sure you've noticed but its dropped to $25 in their store now. not sure how much with shipping tho edit: $40 shipped. thats much easier to swallow than then initial price tag
  19. no clicking on mine. its not too bad. it's obviously not 320 but its not bad enough to distract me
