I have bought from him maybe 4 or 5 times over the past couple years. Sometimes it takes a little longer than normal, but I've always gotten my stuff. I wouldn't worry.

July 4, 2001. Moline, IL. Blink 182, New Found Glory, Alkaline Trio My buddies and I were hanging outside the venue (The Mark) all day, so we could get up front. We have a cooler and drink all day without eating. I'm not sure how we didn't get arrested/public intox, but anyway...... During that time we hang with New Found Glory for a good half hour, and Jordan and Chad tell us that they will pull me and a buddy onstage to sing "Boy Crazy" with them if we get up front. So Alkaline Trio play first, and we are getting crushed up front. Not feeling well, light headed, sweaty, dehydrated, etc. we are just a wreck. Sure enough a few songs into NFG's set, Jordan tells the security dudes to let my buddy and I onstage to sing with them. So we get up there, and can barely stand and feel like shit. After the 1st chorus, I had to run to the back of the stage by Cyrus' drums and just start dry heaving like a motherfucker. My buddy does the same. They are laughing and then after the song we exit the side of the stage, walking right past Blink and Trio, not saying a word to them as they were laughing at us too. (Although the did give us high fives) Ok, that's my story about how I thought it was cool to drink Jagrmeister all day in the July heat without eating.

This dude is backed for sure. I've bought some stuff from him on 3 seperate occasions, and all shipped promptly and packaged securely. Awesome dude.

The first episode was pretty scary. (I don't watch too much horror, or maybe I'm just a big pussy.) Since then it has gotten weirder, but still a great show.

An online petition to boot a band that has sold over 50 million records? I don't like Nickelback at all, but I'd rather have a "rock band" than some shitty autotuned dance crap. Hi everyone. Long time reader, first time poster. I usually don't post on message boards, but everyone seems nice here. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. ANYWAY, here is my story: A few months ago I purchased some records from VC. They never showed, even though the confirmation said they did. I emailed Virgil to see if they were returned for some reason, and of course they werent. Bummer man. I live in Wicker Park in Chicago, so I assumed someone swiped them off of my door step. Anyway, a couple weeks later I receive an email from VC, saying that they got an email from a record store (Permanent Records) saying they had some records that were meant for me. So I head down to Permanent, and some old dude had sold them them my records(3 of them) for $7 and left my packing slip in the box. They said the guy seemed kind of fishy, so they emailed VC wondering if I had goten my order, and VC relayed the message to me. So Permanent tried giving me my records back for nothing, but I happily paid them the $7 that they paid the douchebag that stole them. So at this point I can't believe how awesome Permanent was, and VC for taking the time to email me abou it. So, about a week later I'm checking my bank statement and notice I had a refund from VC for, yep you guessed it, $7. I never asked for that, and certainly didn't expect it. I mean, why would I?, its not their fault in the slightest. I'm assuming Permanent emailed VC back after I had gotten my records, and must have told VC that I paid them $7 for them. I couldn't believe it. I maybe place a small order every 2 months, so I'm by no means one of their biggest customers.

If you got it at the Milwaukee location, then my fingerprints are on it. I had it in my hands for about five minutes, then I found both Vendetta Red albums, and put it back.

$35 for a single 180g record? Unreal.

oh god, do tell. please. From what I remember, they were playing a show in the same city, and they said something about Lit being a party band and that they were better because they were straight edge. So, Lit called them pussies or something on stage. Then Remembering Never vandalized their tour bus. I'll have to try to find the article, I could be mistaken, but that was the jist of it.

Aren't these the tools that got in a fight with Lit because they drank?

Hello VC. My wife bought me that BYO box set thing a couple weeks ago from Hot Topic when they had that clearance sale. Anyway, I already had one, so if anyone is still looking for this, I'll send it your way. She said she paid $15 including tax for it, so I'd like to at least get the money back, so if anyone wants it for $19ppd, I'll send it out delivery confirmation. If not, no big deal.
