  1. This is my question. Mine just arrived today from Reckless with no jacket. Has anybody emailed them to find out if they will ship us the jacket?
  2. If anybody finds somewhere this becomes available online, please post a link, I really wanted to this but was too slow, it went FAST at my local store.
  3. WOW. $44? That's it? I was expecting something way pricier. That's like $15 each for 3 records I love. Can't wait.
  4. Why wouldn't Greg want it repressed? Or does he want to save it for an Epitaph repress? And is it really an outlier considering Cold As The Clay. I mean, I guess that one is folky and Lesion is more singer-songwriter showtunes-y. But the man's got variety outside his work in BR. I would definitely buy a Lesion repress. Was Cold As The Clay ever pressed?
  5. I got one at Waterloo today!! It was tough, they were staggering out when they put them out, there were people hovering over the 7" section like vultures! One slipped away b/c I didn't want to be pushy, and then the next time I grabbed a second before another guy. Very intense! My Crosses 10" finally showed up today too, so all in all a great vinyl day!
  6. It looks like photoshop, but I want so badly for the return of Bungle to real!!!
  7. Wow, that's great news! I love Tomahawk! But then again, I love most Patton projects... It took me a few listens but eventually really dug Anonymous! Though I completely agree, sounding similar to Self-Titled would be fantastic. But the thing about Patton is, even within the same project, no 2 albums ever sound the same...
  8. Are Tomahawk up to anything? Have they recorded recently or something? I feel like I haven't heard about that project in forever. Hell, I'd take a Mondo Cane tour! C'mon Mikey, tour America!
  9. I hate to add to the requests, but I would really love to have a vinyl copy of this EP. Freaking love this project but too poor for the box... Thanks!
  10. It's like a dream come true Agreed. VERY happy about John Henry. It's my 3rd favorite TMBG album next to Flood and Apollo 18. Factory Showroom might be worth is just for "'Til My Head Falls Off" I freaking love that song so much.
  11. Big Jack White fan, been a member of the Vault since day 1. Here's what I've got: * All the Vault Packages * All 3 13" Texas-sized SxSW Records (2xWhite Stripes, 1xRaconteurs) * Karen Elson "Ghost Who Walks" Tri-Color * Karen Elson - Ghost Who Walks Peach Marble LP * 2 Whites Stripes 7" singles, RSD split-color * Karen Elson Flower Petal 7" * Dead Weather Sea of Cowards split yellow/black LP * Dead Weather TRIPLE DECKER (the crown jewl of my collection!) * Greenhornes **** LP on Green vinyl Other than that, a bunch of plain ole black 7" from TMR, as well as a couple of the live LPs. Also, I find this fan site a little bit more exhaustive and informative than the official site for information on their releases: http://thirdmanrecordsblog.blogspot.com/
  12. DAMN, no Austin! I guess I'll have to order it online. I don't know if you have any control over this, but what determines where it's sent? Previous vinyl sales at a location? Because here in Austin, we're a vinyl loving town and can't imagine why it would go to some of the places in TX listed above and not Austin. Still super excited about this though.
  13. Any way of knowing ahead of time which stores will be getting it? Thanks so much Travis. Really looking forward to this!!
  14. +1 I've been using these for years. Inexpensive and awesome. NOTHING compares at this price point. Cheap and amazing audio, especially bass response.
  15. I'm wondering what's taking so long on this. Throwing the files up on Bandcamp seems like it would take 10 seconds. The only reason I can think of would be that they don't want to make these songs available to everyone before those who ordered the vinyl get their packages? I can't wait to have these babies on my iPod, but still, getting to here some of this stuff, like Little Birds, in good quality instead of shitty MP3s is wonderful.
  16. I've really been enjoying listening to some of the rare stuff on vinyl instead of crappyily encoded mp3! Nice winter listening. Here's a few pics of the box:
  17. I listened to this and mine's VERY noisy, even after a cleaning. Anybody else have this issue?
  18. This is my favorite 311 album, and to me their last great beginning to end record. I REALLY want this.
  19. I'm just curious how the 1 LP Saturday Night Wrist sounds and if they shortened Pink Cellphone...
