its actually pretty close especially with it being a pricier item. As well I anticipate these will take until Wed/Thurs to get them all out, alongside our regular orders. We are looking into this missing chord thing. So far I know the references of the tapes we approved before tapes were even provided did not have a missing chord. So I don't know if its a plant issue, test pressing issue etc... All sources are being pulled (tests, references, tapes etc...) and reviewed in order and we will review several copies of the pressing. We will get to the bottom of it, identify where the issue happened and let you know.

I just looked into this and you are correct! Very frustrating as for we clearly ordered 180 Gram (also verified). We cant send the records back again at this point but if you email [email protected] we can switch for a 180 G black.

The plant will be taking back the mistake records in this case. Updates! We literally just got an update on this 10 minutes ago! Water & Solutions The 180 Gram black arrived to us will ship tomorrow. The clear with smoke should arrive by end of week. Tracking should give me exact day tonight. Tin Cans all records are supposed to arrive to us by Friday. If all goes well we will be sure everything shipped out with Saturday's pick up.

Unfortunately this was actually specifically solicited to us by a person at the distributor, we put in an order etc.. before even putting up. I assume the same for the rest. Bummer really and would be good if we could get some solid information to provide everyone.

We have all paper products assembled but are waiting on the LPs. We have the coke bottle clear Water & Solutions. They sent the clear with blue smoke the wrong color and no black. We have not received any Tin Cans. Not sure why tests were approved a long while ago. The plant is really taking a frustratingly long time with this. We will begin shipping coke bottle clear on Thursday and hopefully have an update by then as to where the rest of the records are along with the corrected smoke ones.

The label says the information solicited to us was sent incorrectly by mistake or something along those lines. Apparently including the release date. Who knows. I would wait on ordering period. Especially since Amazon is listing them significantly higher than MSRP. We were told that the correct information will be sent out soon.

That is a typo. There is only one. However they pressed we were left with one green A/B and one Clear C/D. makes sense? We just put them together instead of having them lay around. Also for the orange, it will have the D Side etching. Everything is the same except its orange vinyl and the frog on the center label will be Orange instead of green.

I am a little confused as to what the issue is but I will discuss with Danny and assure he gets back to you to address any concerns. However if we do something beyond your initial order (Change shipping, ship separately etc..) we dont charge you for it unless we explicitly say "it will cost X amount and is it ok if we charge you". I am pretty sure in this situation we are covering any additional charges. I will talk to him and make sure we can get your concerns answered. And yes we are looking for competent help!
