I had this happen a few months ago. Buyer paid for a record and before I shipped it said they found it cheaper and wanted to cancel. I said sure - I'll refund you minus the fees that I don't get back. They threw a fit and filed an item not received paypal claim so I just shipped the record, won the claim. They messaged me after they got it asking why I shipped it after they asked me to cancel the order. I told them because they filed a claim that they never received the item.

Yeah, the requirement to put shipping amounts by weight/location is pretty awful. I just made it super expensive for international and put in my notes to either message me before or that I'll refund the difference after. The nice thing is people will often message before and can just have them paypal and avoid fees/taxes.

Much easier to respond with the total and your paypal address.

Cool, thank you. Please disregard the question I asked you on Discogs, and thank you for submitting the Bronx album to Discogs for everyone. 

I really don't like how you now can't charge a set amount for shipping different records on Discogs. Some records I require insurance or signature required if it's a lot of money and you can't differentiate that for each listing. Now I just bundle in shipping with the price.

I love that Wax Trax is doing this, but god damn, do they demand hefty prices for their records

Keep an eye on their discogs listings. They'll usually throw a couple of their exclusives on there to help out international people and/or people who missed the PO

Yes I ended up with multiple copies of the Glassjaw Coloring Book album. It was pretty chaotic trying to figure out exactly what and where to buy those silly things from. With them selling out in minutes, having 120-ish different URLs to try plugging in, all with only 1 record available per URL, not getting email confirmation, different prices on different vendors. That was a shit show.  Yes I sold them on ebay for going rate, about $20 dollars more than I paid. Arrest me officer. Guilt as charged.

I wouldn't exactly say my record label failed. I put out 21 records from 2009-2016, a handful of bands moved up to bigger labels. I now have 3 kids and run a full time hockey league. I don't exactly have the time or desire to put records out these days. 

Yeah I have dreads. Yes I am white. These are both true. The crazy thing is, I have never really had any social media. I posted the first picture of myself on my label's instagram about a month ago because I was trying to win a record in a contest. You keep an awful close eye on me for being a hater. 

I'm going to continue "doing me", posting in the fat threads about things that most fat collectors care about. 

And you continue "doing you", trolling threads, and calling folks out for their hair choices. Cool life bro.

The majority of people on this site would have been at that show if was Blink 182 or the Menzingers, but it was Madball so its an easy target and then the media likes to make up stories and add fuel to the fire. I also don't think people keep up with vaccination efforts in other cities. Where I am its still hard to get an appointment. We're at 71% of adults have gotten their first shot. I think most places its still not easy to get an appointment, but in NYC you don't even need one.

I emailed st Vitis to tell them they shipped the wrong color combo and they just said to pay to send it back for a refund in 2-3 weeks. 

You should probably see a therapist if a relevant thread being at the top of a message board irks you that much.
